I walked into the shop, thinking I was going to get a disposable vape, but walked out with pod system. I've never been to this store, and boy, I am glad I did check it out. Mike is so knowledgeable, and very kind! He cares about what you put into your body. I came back again yesterday, wanting more juice. I bought CBD concentrate. He actually did the math on how many puffs I needed to take to help with my anxiety. This is the best vape shop I have ever been to! The customer service here is always above and beyond. I drive roughly 25 mins to visit this shop when I have 2-3 other shops within 5 mins from my home. The quality of their juice is phenomenal! Unlike getting pre-made juice from a factory that you have no idea how long it has been sitting on the shelf. The quality is always the same with every purchase. The last time I went I ordered curbside pickup. Didn't realize till a few days later that the juice they gave me was the incorrect flavor. (Which I had not opened yet) I called the shop and they immediately apologized and said I could come in anytime to switch out the flavor. I came back to the shop a few hours after the phone call and the gentleman knew exactly who I was and once again apologized profusely. I had no issues with it, mistakes are bound to happen, no problem! I just really don't like the flavor that was accidentally given to me. Afterwards I tried to use a coupon I had for another purchase and instead of charging me he gave me a few 30ml bottle of juice! I can't stress enough how wonderful the team is here! I've been to a lot of vape shops, especially in the nw suburbs of chicago. This one is my favorite by far. Generous attitudes toward sampling, always stocked with any nic any flavor and they are incredibly knowledgeable about their products, 20% discount if you're a college student and order online, 5 stars account is always racking up points that redeem me free juice. I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. The employees treat you like family and would literally build alien coils for you for dirt cheap if the fda wasn't tweaking. Even the juice bottles feel high quality for plastic bottles. Only thing worth mentioning that isn't super positive is that their juice doesn't last super long. They don't over flavor so you can easily vape any flavor all day and not feel like you need to switch flavors (vapors tongue). Their juice doesn't gunk coils ever because of this. To me i prefer juice to be this way but not everyone ls super fond of going through a 30 ml in a day, it is really that good though and I save so much coming here its beyond worth the price. its like 15$ for a 30ml and i order 100 ml's for 37 bucks 3$ shipping. As a newbie they took all the time necessary to explain my options and gave me good recommendations. Once I made my choice they explained every detail about the mod and tank I bought. From their it was "just" choosing the right liquid for me. They have a huge assortment for every kind of taste. They never rush you and again make recommendations. This place is great. I just recently got into vaping and the guys that work here are more than helpful. Willing to help you out with anything and answer any questions you may have. They make all their juices in house and have a wide selection of flavors. They have a a little vape bar setup where you can try out different flavors so you can best choose what suits your preferences. Prices are decent as well. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Went to pick up a new mod, was about to hand over my money when asked for my ID, my boyfriend showed my ID since it was in his pocket (didn't check or ask to see his) but a balding heavy set man just kept asking for it, even though we were trying to hand it over. Finally he realizes and takes it, my boyfriend makes a joke "should've checked the front" and he goes "I couldn't f***ing see it because your f***ing thumb was on the picture" and THREW MY ID AT MY BOYFRIEND. I quickly said no thanks on the mod I was about to buy and we left without giving them our business. The cashier checking us out seemed apologetic for his manager(¿) being inexcusably rude and completely understood when we walked away. We just moved to town and was looking for a nice vape shop to purchase juice and such at - we will be looking elsewhere. I stopped in here and was a bit overwhelmed at all variety of choices available. It reminds me of going into the nail salon and having to pick a color but in this shop it happens to be flavors. I expressed this the gentleman working the counter and I was very impressed at the knowledge he had. I did not catch his name I was there the evening of 7/17/19. Not only do they guide you through selecting something specifically for you, they educate you on the product, and help you with the set up making you leave with confidence! Consistently every time I go in there I am greeted by my first name and all of these guys know and remember exactly what I want every time I come in. That's very rare to find in customer service these days. Another big thing that sets themselves apart from the rest is the fact that they make their own house line of juices. Their prices are very affordable and the best prices for the value I've found anywhere. The great prices don't just stop there they have a five star rewards points program, which you receive freebies and or discounts more frequently than most point base reward systems I've seen elsewhere. They also run different sales from time to time on hardware and juices. Plus your birthday matters to them here I received a special promotion on juices on my birthday, which most places don't care to offer stuff like that. There's a local shop down the street and for what you pay here down the street it'll cost you double. This company and all the employees are truly based off of going above and beyond to exceed any customers expectations and that is what I've seen from them thus far. This is the one of the worst business I have dealt with. They sold me a battery assuring me that it would work with my cartridge. Once I got home and it didn't work they told me I was out of luck while being super rude in the process. I'm recommending that anyone in the area avoid this place and check out the vape house on northwest highway. read more
