Products sold here rarely pass authenticity checks. Storz and Bickel vaporizer failed the check. Worse yet their customer service? You may as well just be in an Amazon Dash store. The staff here exist for zero reasons. They are rude, they're not helpful, they are in a rush to get you out of the store and don't care if questions are answered or if the coil fits. This is the third and final time I am charging these guys back. I've found a new store that's up the road and has real customer service. I mean actual services of vaporizers. This dude took my tank apart, understood it slowly, rebuilt it, found the proper coil while I was basically freaking out about how much money I lost on today and then came out and said "you know what. Here's the CORRECT coils. I finally found them! And I'll give a slight price cut for all the troubles of the day." This is how customer RETENTION works. You can't retain customers with just low prices. Low prices alone are how Aldi has churn. This whole store is all about churn. They don't care about you as a person. They don't care about you even as a valued customer. Many places it's like "greetings valued customer how can I help you" Here? As soon as you walk in it feels like I'm invading on someone's party. Two men angry and elderly who act like they'd rather be at home than running a vape store. Then bloody retire! If you bloody old kodgers don't want real work like an occasional challenging "let's properly fit this tank with a coil" case then you don't belong in the vape industry. Lots of people are new or returning to vaporizers due to high cannabis prices. Not everyone knows all of the 2025 tanks vs the 2017 breeds I was once experienced with. I hate to admit it but I am a noob when it comes to the vape technical side. I can put on a mean vape show with my clouds and the cashier at the new store even invited me to show inside of his shop! Not EVER did I get invited to show inside of LC Smoke. LC Smoke needs to be taken off of the map by the government. This store is legit dangerous. They didn't even check my ID. Failure to check ID is a serious breach of regulatory law and can result in dissolution of the business. This store is incorporated under an Al Moqeet to my records. This place is absolutely terrible. All china glass with a 500% markup, managers who are too busy talking on their cellphones. Went there to buy one thing, mind you I knew I could buy it online for $44.95 + free shipping but I felt like supporting a local business.... JOKES ON ME! Get to the store and they have the exact item marked at $94.99. I explain the situation to the guy working, who clearly doesn't care. He could've marked up the price $15-20 and I would've bought, however a $50 markup is ridiculous. Just lost any future business from myself and anyone else I can warm about this trash hole. Ps. I have been coming here for over 5 years and have never asked for a refund. Last time I bought 4 Phix Pods. One of those pods ended up being a DUD. It didn't work. I simply asked the store for replacement. The replacement is worth 4 or 5 bux. They refused to provide any service and sent me to Phix. Ill be 100% honest when saying that the ENTIRE staff there are rude, unpleasant and honestly if there was another store that sold hookah tobacco nearby - I would NEVER walk into this place. Have been coming here for years and nothing has changed. Recently bought a hookah there, it didnt work, I came back to replace and they were giving me a VERY hard time and telling me to take the same one.. Until the owner (or at least I think he was the owner) came out of the back and took 100% care of me. The service was excellent. I went in to buy a vapor starter kit. It was my first time purchasing anything vapor related. Mohammad helped me & he was extremely informative about the various types of vapors & had a large selection to sample before purchasing. He explained how to use the one I chose & went as far as to set it up & load the oil for me. I went in at a very busy time. He was the only one working at the time & things were a bit messy behind the counter so they either just got some inventory in or not enough employees. Owner has been very helpful and informative with the switch from cigarette to vape pen and juice. Advised him how many cigarettes a day were smoked and what type. He offered several different vape pens and even allowed my husband to try some he had on display before making a final purchase. We ended up going with the recommended vape pen and juice and have returned to get more juice from this location. Overall very happy with the customer service. read more

Like the majority of smoke shops, everything is slightly overpriced- That's why they have flexibility to "come down" on the prices and make you feel like you're bargaining with them. I've never had a pleasant experience here though. All of the employees I've ever interacted with have been super rude, uninterested, and unhelpful. From out of town, looked up this place on Google maps and NOT on yelp, and boy what a mistake. I felt like I could get mugged while in this store. The guys who work here have contempt for their customers and are genuinely pissed you walked in the door. Getting them to even acknowledge your presence is an imposition. Once you do get them to pay attention they instantly verbally attack you..."Give me a break buddy" the guy said to me. I was so sketched out by this place and should have just walked out the door. This is the first time I wish there was a Zero Star feature for Yelp. This store has the best customer service ever for a blind and def person! Although that person still has a nose and would still smell the poorly ventilated building. So they still miss the mark even for the easiest of customers. I'm ashamed to say I've been here several times and kinda don't want to go back each time but it's so close and convenient I found myself there for the last time. After my previous visits I noticed they are expensive, like twice the price of what you pay anywhere else. So this time I looked up what I was getting and walked in. Yup. Twice the price. So I asked the human standing there (because he doesn't deserve the title of a salesman, didn't say hi or greet me because his text was more important) why are your prices so expensive here? He replied "that is the price". A salesman is supposed to justify their value and he didn't even give me a legitimate reason! I tried to meet him in the middle, support local business, saves me on shipping (which still would have been half what they were selling for) and give them one last chance. He didn't even entertain me with my offer and said "we don't negotiate or compete with online prices." Fair, I understand. If it's a few bucks I get it, but this was a $8 item they are selling for $20! Your price tags are green stickers from the 1980's don't tell me you don't negotiate. I've been here about 3 times now... I'm not sure what other people are talking about, but the 2 gentlemen that helped me were extremely knowledgeable. Thank goodness they were because while I consider myself to have a lot of experience with vaping and the products, I almost insisted on purchasing something that I would not have been happy with. With so many new devices and items out now, you really need to either keep up with them yourself or go to a place where the people know what they are doing. This is that place... They asked me several questions to get an idea of my likes and dislikes and it was actually a product that was quite a bit less expensive thanbthe one i was about to purchase... so i couldn't be happier, I am actually going there this weekend and I drive out of my way to do so... The people who work there has always made me feel uncomfortable and not wanted [ even though as a business they're supposed to be welcoming ] I love everything there ,they're all so useful and interesting. When I asked how a bullet lighter worked the cashier said 'you break it you buy it' so I got offended because that's not what I asked so I repeated myself 'ok but how does it work?' If you enjoy shady places, that carry illegal products, charge what they want to at will, refuse to be helpful, and randomly charge credit cards this place is for you. If you're a female you'll be welcomed by a rather creepy acting man staring at your chest, and comments of your physical appearance and sexual comments made towards you. Every time I walk in there always leave feeling violated, from when I walk in being treated by shady eyes pointed at my chest, to rude comments about my butt when I walk out, after being overcharged and sold juice that they shouldn't carry. I wouldn't reccoment this shop, considering there's a bunch more within a 10 minute drive from them.
