She grabbed the one on the shelf which was exactly her size. At the time a male sales approached us and he said "can I get you any size?" I said to him, she's already trying on this one from the shelf. He replied "Please don't try it on if it's not her size, she might stretch out the shoe." I checked the sandal and told him "This is her size." Then he stayed quiet. My mom told told me there's a sign outside says 25% discount. I asked him and he said "It's only that particular band (I think it's called Earthlink) and they are all mixed in the shelves." When he told me this, he said it in a tone that's really disrespectful. Like talking to a kid. I spoke in Mandarin to my mom and told her this guy is very rude. Even though she liked the shoes, we do not need to buy them here. Overall, this place does have good quality or lets just say expensive shoes. However, the service was really bad and whoever that salesperson is needs to work on his attitude towards customers.

Anyways, moral of the story is that I tried to return them the next day (with receipt to the same salespeople) and they didn't take the uncomfortable brand new shoes back. It sucked because i bought them for europe and then I was sent away from the store (that I had spent $500 at the previous day) with shoe inserts and a "sorry, we don't do returns if you wore them at all." It was the same salespeople from the previous day and they literally didn't care at all that I had large blisters.. BUT when I was spending $$$ they could have been my best friends... Oh sales people... I just think people should know this BEFORE buying shoes from this store. Their shoes are perfectly fine but their policy is plain rude. If I spend a ton of money there, they can afford to take the loss on one $70 pair of walking shoes even if that can't happen with every customer return (it's a small store). Anyways, if you find something here, chances are it will be online AND at nordstom for the same price and you can actually return them if they're uncomfortable.

The order did not ship within one day and arrived a week later, well after the event. The shoes looked different from the website photos and did not fit. I tried them on once indoors, then immediately returned them to the box and requested a return. This business does not answer their customer service email/returns email whatsoever. I had to call to arrange the return. After I shipped the shoes back, I received a call claiming the shoes had "dirt and grass" on them and that they would not process my return. This is inaccurate as the shoes were only tried on inside once and placed directly back in the box. I spoke with a representative named Megan, who said she would escalate the issue and call me back. She never did. Over the past two months I have called numerous times. Each time I am told Megan is unavailable and will call back, but I have never received a follow-up. I have never in my many years of online shopping have experienced such horrible customer service.

That same day he got back to me to confirm the size and he would be able to order it and it would be available in a week. The next week I got a text the shirt arrived. I went to pick it up and it's a very nice men's store. I told the employee how thankful I could get this because I wanted this style for my husband's birthday.
