"what a big mistake that was " first off the only reason we booked the place was because they have a game room with multiple systems for the kids to play which no one setup and didn't know how to at all. Every time we asked about it the kid at the desk knew nothing and the manager was trying his best not his fault at all. However they should have had someone to accommodate the party there was no one to help setup. This was a child's birthday party and we were supposed to have the place to ourselves however people just walked in sat down at the bar started playing pool and just basically did whatever they wanted. I myself had to kick people out and lock the doors who knows what kind of people they are and I'm not taking a chance letting people not part of the party in to walk off with a kid under our supervision. Then when my wife spoke with the owner he said best i can do is take 50 bucks off for the inconvenience this was the worst experience we have ever had would not recommend anyone booking a party. Also the so called nerf party was 2 bunkers and a bunch of broken guns very unprofessional save your money and go somewhere that cares because obviously not even the owner cares about his customers. i would like to mention the manager did his best but he is only one man he couldn't do everything

We played video games, but the person who's birthday party it was paid for it. My feelings on the games were mixed since the games on the Nintendo Switch were usually the FREE GAMES like Pokemon UNITE, or games that didn't interest me, like Mario driving games, or games I already had. The other consoles were busy, or didn't have games that interest me. So I thought that was STRANGE that this dude was PAYING so that everyone could play, but Pokemon UNITE is ACTUALLY FREE, not only on Switch, but on smartphones. The party was also rather short, and I only got 1 bottle of water. [I don't think this has anything to do with the business, and more to do with the ones throwing the party.] The people working there seemed nice, cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Other than THAT I am not sure what else to say. If you like this place, that's great. Maybe, I just don't "get it".

My boys were skeptical at first just by looking at the pictures but we decided to check it out. They open at 12:00am on Sunday, so that gave us time to eat and do a little morning shopping. As the time got closer the boys were super excited. They said they had done their own research and it looked awesome. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by staff. You could tell he was super cool & was a gamer himself. The atmosphere is great! Gaming decorations all over, gaming consoles, monitors, TVs and more. This place offers every single gaming system you can think of. The best part was they offer keyboard & mouse for Fortnite. They have an entire room for PCs. From what I can remember they had Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo switch, Wii U, PC and I'm sure more. They offer gaming tournaments, birthday parties and take groups. If your kid is 12 or older you can drop them off without a parent. And guess what? It was only $5.00 an hour!! We paid for the boys to have 4 hours and they loved it. They also offer hot pockets and snacks for a small fee. This is gamer heaven! We were so excited about this we are personally looking into starting a place like this in our home town. I highly recommend One Up Games for your kids. Especially if your on vacation and want some adult time, drop your kiddo off and they will love you forever.

I heard a lot about this Bowser's Basement from Facebook and YouTube . Me My Wife Danielle and our Twins Lilly & Luke love the Super Mario Franchise. And me and my wife love playing video games together. (Eat your heart out rest of the male population you know how hard it is to land a wife that does gaming) So this place seems like the perfect place to stop by and see what cool stuff they got . I brought in a few WIi games to trade in and got a fair trade in of $50 credit for them . My Daughter Lilly loves the Princesses and immediately asked politely for a Cat Power up Princess Peach plush . One of my Son Luke's first words was "Bowser" Well we already have two Different Bowser plushes so I got him One of the Koopa kids . Fair price for how rare they are . I saw the YouTube video of the guy looking for a Morton Koopa junior plush only to see they had one and it was not for sale. Well they restocked Morton so I got one My wife bought me a very nice and glossy looking Super Mario bros 3 sign for me to hang in "The Dave Cave" All in All it was an excellent experience with a super chill and patient clerk. We will do this again most certainly.

Try the French Onion Soup, which is not bad; however, once it was very good, once it was cold in the center (microwave?), and three times it was warm. The Cobb Salad is good but very small - more like a side salad. Prices are reasonable. The parking is fine. Staff is good. The place is God-awful loud with TVs blasting sports and speakers blasting music. Not my cuppa, but they do a good Caesar. 3.5 Stars.

If you are into nostalgic collectibles, then you'll absolutely love it -- it's nostalgia galore. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with the question: "Who remembers?" -- and that really sets the tone for the whole experience. Everywhere you look there's something that takes you back in time. The owners are awesome and very friendly, which makes the visit even better. I'm also especially grateful for the 10% discount they give my son when he does a great job at school -- such a thoughtful and encouraging gesture for kids. The store itself is neat, organized, and packed with things to explore. There's so much to look at that you could spend a long time just walking around remembering old favorites. The prices vary across different ranges, so there's something affordable for everyone. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

He told me that there's a little something for everyone in this store, and he was absolutely right. After talking for a little I told him that I was defintely interested in some of the retro games. He walked me over to the aisle and explained their selection and which games I could find that I was looking for. They had a huge variety of GameCube and PS2 games, in fact, the most variety I have ever seen in stores alike. Five star customer service, excellent assistance, super down to earth people who have your best interest in mind. I look forward to coming back soon!
