We watched a staff member hand them to the bartender, who casually placed them in front of my husband without acknowledging the damage. When we confronted him, he acted as though he had no idea what had happened, despite what i had just witnessed. These were $700 glasses, and the situation was handled with zero honesty, accountability or professionalism. We still paid our bill, but after the way the staff handled this, we will not return. Management needs to address the damage and explain how a customer's personal property ended up behind the bar in the first place. but Tom showed absolutely no honesty, accountability or professionalism and we expect the restaurant to reimburse us for the damage.

First thing to note is it's an all cash bar, they have solid number of pool tables that you rent by the hour, not the game. Drinks are really cheap and I can understand why this is a cool spot down town. Here's my issue; As me and my friends were drinking and talking the bartender Sydney went up to my boyfriend and pointed at my cousin ( who was having a good time jamming out to the music) and said "is he retarded" I went and had conversation with Sydney hoping that she didn't even use that terminology as well as why even say that???? She told me she was joking and instead of being like "ya that's not cool, my bad" she asked if there was going to be a problem and do I need to leave. Absolutely I need to leave!
