I'd fiddled and adjusted and just wasn't happy so I brought in a pair of boots that I'd bought months before and asked for a refund. There was no drama, no issue, no problem. 10 minutes later I had a new pair of shorts and $40 or $50 refunded to my credit card and I was back in the car. An older lady with long straight grey/white seemed to have been following me. I was in several parts of the store, and no matter how long I was in an area she kept popping up and "working" right around and even behind me. Once I started noticing I would start browsing at a new area of the store and then poof! There she was again! Made it very uncomfortable, and being a POC I hate that it had to feel like this was racially-charged. NOT ONCE did she ask how everything was doing or if me or my partner needed help. This is a much smaller REI than usual, so they don't have as much of a selection. It's REI, so a lot of their inventory is higher priced. They can have some good promo deals, but their customer service is terrible.

We sold a home in November 2023, which Wholesale Flooring Depot installed wood floors in over 5 years ago and they still looked amazing! Everyone commented on how beautiful the Acacia wood floors were-I think that's what helped sale the house. We wouldn't allow anyone but Wholesale Flooring Depot to install the wood floors and carpet in the new home! We even went with the same Acacia wood flooring because of the beautiful color variation in the wood. Chacko Chackunny, the store manager was professional and easy to work with. Our wood floors and carpets were professionally installed within the time frame he gave us. The installers, were amazing, they came every morning ready to get the job done! I couldn't be happier with the quality of the flooring, the installation and Chacko Chackunny! I feel like my money was well spent! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!!
