    We are having huge issues with getting a new camera system installed in our 2018 Hurricane. The cameras have been installed but the monitor has been on the floorboard for 6 weeks without being touched. Tammie is a great service writer so I am unsure why nothing has been done. It only needs mounting and wiring for power as it is a wireless system. Help !

    Just don't buy here. Sales and Parts department are all dirty salesman. You can read other reviews for more specifics. They lie to get out of everything! I wish I read other online reviews before doing our business here!! You know it's bad when staff will provide a QR code to Yelp and Google to leave your bad reviews! It looks like corporate could care less based on the high employee turn over. Very sad! Not what it once was!

    Been here a few times through the years of living in Kern County. The last visit was just window shopping. I can't remember the salesman's name, he was nice and didn't pressure us like some do. Prices for RV's are very high right now and we were told that they are in high demand due to Covid. This is definitely not the time to buy. Camping world has everything you can imagine for your camping needs. This month they are having Black Friday everyday. You will find new, used and clearance RV's, financing available. I love looking at all the kitchen gadgets when I go in. I saw this awesome S'mores caddy that I would love to get. You can purchase items in the store or on the website.

    The buying process of our Jayco Feather Micro was awesome we were tended to and the sales guy was super friendly. He was easy to deal with and we had found the trailer for us after looking at a few others. Great we bought it and set up our camp ready introduction and again were taken care of. Man why do people rag on Camping world they're nice and friendly. First trip out we have water leaking into the dining area after running the water pump and figured out where it was coming from so towels would do the trick so my wife could take a shower. Great just what we wanted kind of put a damper on our trip after all it was our first outing so we expected some things to come up. Per sales guy these trailers are built fast and come with some issues that can get taken care of through service. Not what someone spending their money on a trailer wants to hear. Not to mention the microwave was never mounted and it almost slid out on our way up the hill. Had it not been for it getting wedged in the opening we would have found it broken on the floor. No big deal right just brand new stuff scratched up to be told by the service manager that it's not covered and it's just aesthetics doesn't affect the functionality of the unit. Yeah , meanwhile I just bought this trailer and paying the payments but a scratch shouldn't bother me. . Just what people want to hear. So now to the leak it was just some loose fitting that never got tightened which I had suspected but didn't feel like I should be wrenching on a new trailer for them to say I did something wrong or used the wrong tool and they wouldn't cover it. So we pick up the trailer great service manager says we found where it was leaking and we took care of it good to go. Here we go 4th of July camping. Get to the site all situated and whatnot wife has to shower that evening and water pump gets turned on so far, so good until..... where's that water coming from? Now in the opposite direction water is going into front storage compartment WTF? We just picked it up from having a leak fixed. After the trip immediately call as soon as I get back to service setup to drop it off. Get a call Saturday 7/22 it's ready to be picked up. Great what's the diagnosis on the leak oh our technician stated it was right where you said on the backside of the fitting they had fixed before. There was a fitting close to that one that didn't allow the proper tightening of the other fitting (what in the actual f*** b/s excuse is that)? Great I'm glad your people don't double check their work. So ok take the trailer home back it in all that good stuff. Happy trailer is back when's our next trip? Go open it up glass shards everywhere all over the floor and counter look up to see the face of the microwave is no longer there. Great could it be the possibility of those scratches left from when it got banged around from not being properly secured? According to service it happens quite a bit from the forklift moving the trailer around in the shop I must have dumb*ss tattooed on my forehead. Anyhow that's my rant and I don't recommend you buying your trailer here unless your going somewhere else to get it serviced and warranty work done

    I wasn't sure where else to post this, but this toilet paper has clogged our RV up for 3 days.  It does not dissolve.  The worst stuff ever.

    I brought my bicycle here when the derailer fell off and the brakes stopped working right. When I…read moredropped it off on Sunday afternoon around 1:30 they said it would be ready on Tuesday. I told them at the service department that the bike would not shift gears going up, that the shifter only worked right when downshifting. Imagine my surprise when they text me less than three hours later saying my bike is ready. It seemed OK, they asked me to ride it in the parking lot. It was 5:50, and they closed in ten minutes. The bike shifted OK for a couple of cycles up and down. As much as I was happy to get the bicycle back the same day, I was not happy after riding it several time and from gears five thru eight still trouble upshifting. I truly wish they had kept the bike until Tuesday, maybe the bike would shift properly. I did not need to get my bicycle back fast as much as I needed to get my bicycle back FIXED.

    Well first of all, the all aluminum kickstand was manufactured 07-2018. That wasn't cool. And then…read morewe got it home; we installed it on an 11-year old's new to him bike. He is an average size, not heavy great nephew was on the bike and put the kickstand down. Went to get off and the kickstand snapped right at the housing. I put it in the bag with the bag it came in. Receipt and all the parts Matthew and Dylan were like... "this has never happened before... blah blah blah". Also, I was like, "Are you trying to blame your shoddy merchandise on an eleven yr old child?" They both looked at each and sorta slightly nodded. At that point, I asked for a manager. Dylan pops off with, "I am the manager" and puts out her hand. I shook it reluctantly. And there she was without any name tags stating she was a manager. She didn't act like a manager to me, at all. I then said, "Well, it is $14 and since you have nothing but another like it...my refund is due since when I bought it two days ago, I have that I need. Receipt, item with all the tags, etc. So you need to refund me $14." She then asked for the actual card to give me my full refund, I happen to have it with me. Thank goodness. I will NOT BE BACK. And if you shop there--I STRONGLY suggest to see the manufacturer date and see if something really old is being sold as new. Lots can happen to merchandise randomly stored and dropping would be an average happening. Also, how high on a shelf has it been stored OVER 8 years. Not cool. Nor great customer service. They lost a customer for always. Thanks, but no thanks.

    I really wanted to support local business. But the first time I went in, along with my purchase I…read moregot to hear all about how archery is a great way to get away from a nagging b!+ch of a wife. Not a great start but I felt like I should give them some 2 more chances since they are the only place in town to get archery equipment. Second time I go in they tell me, unprovoked mind you, about their stance on trans athletes and their shocking "final solution" to the homeless problem. But, the final straw was my latest visit. No odd opinions shoved down my throat this time. Nope. They were closed during their posted business hours. So, from now on I suppose I'll drive out of town or buy my equipment online.

Then we asked if he had a RVX32 and he acted like he had no clue..it's not what he said but how he saidot it.we wanted to buy a whole set..we will definitely be taking our $$$ to be spend elsewhere...I had never met someone to be so unmotivated to make a sale! Also the store felt overly crowded barely any room to walk in there! We'll we wish them well..they did have lots of inventory but we just felt like we had to leave asap.
