When I present a written quote for 2024 Pilot Touring that is similar with a vehicle they have on the lot, he cannot beat or match that. He turned upside down and tried to end the conversation prematurely (even though he is the one try to reach me). Then I called him and it's even worse on the phone. Hopefully, others won't have to go thru what I've been thru. And JEREMY DUPONT, if you can read this, I hope you can improve yourself to be better at your job.

Twice now I have purchased Honda CRV Hybrids from the Sierra Vista dealership (one under Lawley ownership; one under Ed Morse ownership) and both times the experience was excellent. Shout-out to my salesman for both vehicle purchases - David Carillo - who was pleasant and professional and made sure the vehicles were sold at a competitive price and any issues were addressed quickly. I also have had good experiences with routine oil changes and vehicle maintenance at Ed Morse (formerly Lawley) Honda. CRVs rarely have serious mechanical issues, though, so that may be part it! Overall, I recommend at least considering Ed Morse Honda when purchasing a new vehicle.

For years I've wondered why we can't have buying a vehicle more like how we shop online for nearly everything else in life nowadays. Specifically, I do research, read user reviews, do comparison shopping, add the item to my cart, check out, then have it delivered. I'm not sure it'll ever be that simple for a vehicle purchase, but Sierra Toyota is making it pretty darn close by participating in Toyota's SmartPath online buying process. I just purchased a new vehicle from Sierra Toyota using SmartPath and am thrilled with how it went. The true vehicle selling price was clearly stated on Sierra Toyota's website with no markups, no hidden fees, and no unwanted dealer-installed options to fight over. I was able to enter information on a vehicle that I wanted to trade in, then I received an instant quote with a total out-the-door price for the new vehicle. With SmartPath, you can have the vehicle delivered to your door, but I opted to pick it up at the dealership since I had a trade in. After submitting my order online, I received a telephone call for an appointment. The best part of the whole buying experience was absolutely no price haggling, no game playing, and no pressure to buy anything that I didn't want. It only took about an hour to get in and out the door in my new vehicle. I dealt with a super nice Sales Associate named Caleb. Everyone I met at Sierra Toyota was friendly, responsive, and efficient. Communication was excellent using both texts and telephone. I can highly recommend Sierra Toyota if you want a great deal on a vehicle but without any of the usual dealership hassles.

They serviced my 2014 Ford escape, titanium and updated the sync system which is the system that runs the navigation on the vehicle. I was moving to California the following week upon leaving Arizona. I tried to use my navigation system and it was gone. Completely. gone. I called them once I reached California and they said they would make it right. Well, here's where gets interesting. you see I'm disabled and have muscular dystrophy and it is not easy for me to get around and do things without help. So it took me a while to get into Galpin Ford to address this problem. Galpin Ford fixed the problem to the tune of $376.00 And when they contacted now, Ed Morse Ford Kia service department they refused to help with the bill in any way shape or form. In addition to the $165 it initially cost me to update the system in the first place the total cost of having this service department work on my car was approximately $500 so that's the story and if you're going to have work done at the shop maybe this could serve as a cautionary tale.

Beware: Do Not Trust Ed Morse Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Sierra Vista…read more I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Ed Morse Ram in Sierra Vista. I purchased a 2020 Ram from this dealership, and within the first five months, it has spent over 30 days in the shop--five failed repair attempts for ongoing electrical issues. The service department is clearly incompetent, unable to diagnose or properly fix the problem despite multiple visits. Sales manager John Vargas made promises he didn't keep. On my fourth visit, he personally assured me that he was searching for a comparable vehicle to trade me out of mine, calling it "crazy" how many times I'd been in for repairs. But when the fifth attempt failed and the check engine light returned less than 72 hours later, I was told it would be at least 10 more days before they could even look at it again. When I reached my breaking point and initiated a lemon law buyback request, they completely dropped the ball. I was texted a "comparable" vehicle that was anything but--it had double the miles, none of the features, a stained interior, and was listed on their own site for just $14,999, compared to the $40,000 I paid for mine. It was a complete insult. After filing complaints with the BBB, ADOT, and others, Ed Morse refused to perform any further warranty service--even though I purchased the extended warranty through them--unless I withdrew my complaints. That's right--they refused to honor my warranty unless I gave up my rights. That level of retaliation is appalling and unethical. Thankfully, a local shop was able to diagnose the real issue: a cracked particulate filter, which is covered under the factory warranty. But because it's a factory repair, it must be done at a dealership. Since Ed Morse refuses to help, I now have to drive two hours out of town and stay 1-2 days just to get a basic warranty repair handled. The stress, disruption, and financial burden this has caused my family are immeasurable. Ed Morse failed to stand behind their product, failed to follow through on their word, and retaliated when I pursued my rights as a consumer. If you're considering buying or servicing a vehicle here--don't. You deserve better. Their service department is inept, their management is all talk with no action, and they will leave you hanging the moment things get difficult. Go elsewhere. Your sanity and wallet will thank you.
