When I present a written quote for 2024 Pilot Touring that is similar with a vehicle they have on the lot, he cannot beat or match that. He turned upside down and tried to end the conversation prematurely (even though he is the one try to reach me). Then I called him and it's even worse on the phone. Hopefully, others won't have to go thru what I've been thru. And JEREMY DUPONT, if you can read this, I hope you can improve yourself to be better at your job.

Twice now I have purchased Honda CRV Hybrids from the Sierra Vista dealership (one under Lawley ownership; one under Ed Morse ownership) and both times the experience was excellent. Shout-out to my salesman for both vehicle purchases - David Carillo - who was pleasant and professional and made sure the vehicles were sold at a competitive price and any issues were addressed quickly. I also have had good experiences with routine oil changes and vehicle maintenance at Ed Morse (formerly Lawley) Honda. CRVs rarely have serious mechanical issues, though, so that may be part it! Overall, I recommend at least considering Ed Morse Honda when purchasing a new vehicle.

Beware: Do Not Trust Ed Morse Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Sierra Vista…read more I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Ed Morse Ram in Sierra Vista. I purchased a 2020 Ram from this dealership, and within the first five months, it has spent over 30 days in the shop--five failed repair attempts for ongoing electrical issues. The service department is clearly incompetent, unable to diagnose or properly fix the problem despite multiple visits. Sales manager John Vargas made promises he didn't keep. On my fourth visit, he personally assured me that he was searching for a comparable vehicle to trade me out of mine, calling it "crazy" how many times I'd been in for repairs. But when the fifth attempt failed and the check engine light returned less than 72 hours later, I was told it would be at least 10 more days before they could even look at it again. When I reached my breaking point and initiated a lemon law buyback request, they completely dropped the ball. I was texted a "comparable" vehicle that was anything but--it had double the miles, none of the features, a stained interior, and was listed on their own site for just $14,999, compared to the $40,000 I paid for mine. It was a complete insult. After filing complaints with the BBB, ADOT, and others, Ed Morse refused to perform any further warranty service--even though I purchased the extended warranty through them--unless I withdrew my complaints. That's right--they refused to honor my warranty unless I gave up my rights. That level of retaliation is appalling and unethical. Thankfully, a local shop was able to diagnose the real issue: a cracked particulate filter, which is covered under the factory warranty. But because it's a factory repair, it must be done at a dealership. Since Ed Morse refuses to help, I now have to drive two hours out of town and stay 1-2 days just to get a basic warranty repair handled. The stress, disruption, and financial burden this has caused my family are immeasurable. Ed Morse failed to stand behind their product, failed to follow through on their word, and retaliated when I pursued my rights as a consumer. If you're considering buying or servicing a vehicle here--don't. You deserve better. Their service department is inept, their management is all talk with no action, and they will leave you hanging the moment things get difficult. Go elsewhere. Your sanity and wallet will thank you.

As a woman I'm often blown off on my thoughts about what I think might be wrong. Tice & Greg always listen to thoughts & reliably tell me what to fix immediately & what can wait. They've been a huge help to my aging parents. They spent most of the day figuring out my friend had an interior belt separation in a tire during an alignment that wasn't working. If she handn't got new tires ahe would likely have had a deadly blowout. She also had a weird brake light issue that turned out to be some relay behind the cabin air filter. While remodeling my garage I had to take my truck in with what I thought was a simple parking brake adjustment. Monty's figured out my rear axle shafts were worn, but there was a recall that put all axle shaft seals for my truck on back order. They let me order my own chromoly axle shafts & they found new seals at Ace. Then they saved me money on brakes. I had a horn that would blare randomly in the wee hours of the morning. They put the horn relay in the freezer to find the horn relay collapsing & then replaced the horn relay. My dad decided to 2x2 in his Camry on Middlemarch Rd & put two large gashes in the oil pan. After I 4x4'd in my truck with brand new chromoly axle shafts out to dad, we had the car towed to Monty's late at night & left a note not to start the car. Tice called me first thing in the morning about the Camry. The car was back on the road the same morning. When my brother & I couldn't locate a manual for the Camry when new, Tice looked up a front end procedure for us & gave me all the torques & specs to finish the job. I recently talked to Tice about options for finally rebuilding the front end of my truck that has over 307,000 miles. I was finishing work to sell my home & found a CV boot torn, a definite show stopper. I called Tice & was told to bring the truck in immediately. Based on our previous conversations I got a completely rebuilt front end & rear shocks in two days. The truck drives like new. Beyond all this Monty's has completed all my all-wheel alignments, worn out transmission mounts, drive pulleys, alternators, AC, electrical matters, 4x4 issues, you name it. All this while working to be safe while saving money & be downright cool on a wide variety of vehicles. Heck, they even worked on a "locomotive". HIGHLY RECOMMEND
