I will never take my car here ever again. My automobile insurance actually chose this place. My car sat in the shop for 3 days without being worked on because they lost my car key. The staff never even mentioned this to me until my insurance adjuster called me on the 3rd day informing me of the situation. I believe this is why my car was totaled. Instead of pumping the water out of it asap, it just say there with water eroding everything. At first they blamed the losing my key on me. Saying I never gave them or the tow company the key, Which was not true. They told me to contact the tow company, which I did and the tow company took Very good notes thank god! The tow truck driver actually remembered who she gave the key to and even had a name. Clowns! When the name of the front desk person was dropped they immediately ceased communication with me until the next day and magically without any explanation or apology the key was mysteriously found. They didn't correct a scratch on the plastic after an accident until I pointed it out. They just painted over it. But they ended up fixing it by the next day anyway. Is there a way to leave negative stars? Vehicle was in accident. After being there for two months, because insurance company and they are certified to work on aluminum trucks, eventually got it back, missing running boards and Bedliner. First service advisor, ken, was ultimately fired. Couldn't tell the difference between a f150 and a f250, even on paper. Got assigned the service manager, Gerald. Lies continued. Also, he tried getting my running boards from offer up rather than Ford. Sent my truck for detailing, and my 3 year old would have done a better job. These guys are plain terrible, and will try and save money where they can, at the cost of your vehicle read more

I don't think Allstate auto insurance, will recommend these people again. Because they will not back their lifetime guarantee up, on their work, they had plenty of time to repair my vehicle, after I had my accident. I had a lot of damage on the front end, and they had to replace the front end including the frame, they claim they had a hard time getting parts because of Covid 19 and they kept it for almost 3 months, me paying taxes and insurance on it, all that time, and with me not even using it. They called and told me it was ready for pick up! I check it out and the outside looked great, but underneath they tighten up about haft of the bolts where I couldn't see them. It needed the VA state safety inspection the next month, I took it into the place I bought it from new in 2016 and they had to replace the upper courol arm and do a frontend alignment, my insurance made Freedom pay for that! My problems started about 2 months later! I ran over a bump in the road and the wheels started shaking I slowed down and it stop! I bought a floor jack, So I could see what was going on, and the other old control arm bolts had a lock nut on it and if had 2 threads loose showing between the nut and the washer. I call Freedom about it, and the manager practically called me a liar when I told him about the loose bolts, and never did offer to fix it or even check it out. My insurance that was covering me at the time, said they would pay for the repairs if I took it somewhere else, and get it in witting that it was cause by that same Chaim. that's what I did. They gave me the write up! Now it will cost almost $2100 more to have it fix. read more

EXTREMELY poor quality of work and Quality control. My vehicle was sent to this location after an accident because they are certified to work on the new F150s. 77 days and the vehicle is still in the shop. 2 attempts to deliver and problems both times. ZERO attention to detail. Mis-aligned parts, orange peal paint, dirt or bubbles under paint, shop dust everywhere. I was told I would get daily updates but, that faded. Terrible attention to detail. I had this shop recommended by my insurance company, but I don't blame them for this mistake. This was a "minor" rear end accident, and the repair should have been very straight forward. I have pics and videos of everything I mention below. The technician who worked on my car should be fired immediately. I found many issues with my repair when I got my car back, which I will list here now: - keyfob came back with black tar substance on it, had to clean it - on the side of the bumper there was a paint flaw bump which I gently wet sanded and polished out without a problem. - the top of my spoiler had some medium deep scratches on it, likely from something sitting on it or scraping it. These scratches were too deep to polish out easily, and I let that one go. - grey body filler remains on edge of tailgate, which I was able to scrape off carefully. - rear license plate was screwed into brand new bumper 1" off to the side. I had to drill more holes and get it centered myself. Luckily the license plate hides the old holes. - a deep chip in the side by the tailgate which wasn't even related to the original repair. I used some touch up paint but my almost new car will never be the same. - the shop replaced 2 license plate lights, but neglected to replace the 2 broken harnesses which were attached to them. i bought 2 new harness bodies myself and re-pinned them to fix them. - and finally, i noticed a lot of water was leaking into my car at the rear hatch when I would wash it. I found the technician had not re-connected a drain hose in the tailgate, and water was pouring into the back hatch through the camera hole. I removed all the hatch interior trim and reconnected the hose properly. No more leaks. One positive which gave the 1 star: The paint quality itself looks good. It is a good match, and the paint is nice and thick on the bumper. Also, for full disclosure, the shop did offer to take the car back for the first set of flaws I found, however I would not let them touch my car again ever, so I declined. Stay Away, there is a better shop in same neighborhood which I have also used before. read more

My experience with this body shop was very pleasant. Justin handled my car repair as I got T-boned by a shmuck who ran over a stop sign and stopped righ into my car. Anyhow, this shop did an amazing job fixing the car exceeding my expectations. It did take more time then estimated however this was due to the fact that it was discovered additional damaged parts while doing the initial alignment. The staff is polite and highly respectful. No attitude at all, and always willing to answer to any questions that you may have. They handle Progressive Insurance claims and I was very grateful to have them fix the accident damage. read more

I was going to type a very long review and my dreadful experiences with this establishment and the month plus it took me to get my car back but I'm going to do you a favor and shorten it up into one word. "RUN". On the other hand, if you like an unprofessional/careless staff, less than qualified body shop technicians, a quantity over quality drive through, "get 'em out of here as quick as possible", style body shop that produces the worst quality body work you've ever seen in your life then this place is for you.
