As we were going to their free vacuuming service, one of the employees, Kenneth, noticed that all the bugs wasn't off. His exact words were "Rental or your personal vehicle, we will take care of you." I cannot be more thankful for that customer service as we got a free rerun through the wash. Although it was my very first time using this business I decided to sign up for the monthly membership which includes unlimited car washes with wax, rain x and all the Bells and whistles foe the low low price of $40 a month. I figured I love having a clean car. Spring has sprung! Let me give it a shot. I already knew from the beginning that I wouldn't care for the fact that I would have to vacuum my own car after going thru the car wash machine but figured eventually I would bring my 11 year old son and have him earn his keep To my surprise this place was pretty packed BUT the line does move quickly. I get in line. Purchase my membership with attending and inch my way into the automated. We wash. I double check to ensure all my windows are closed. The next attendant guides me onto the ramp and asks me to put my car in neutral. Lights, camera and action! I see neon flashing lights and soapy suds cover my windshield. I hear thumps on and around my car and I realize it's the spinning brushes and rags hitting my car to get the dirt off. Less than 3 minutes I am out and guided by another attendant to park into a parking spot that has a vacuum and wash cloths to dry off my car I hop out and vacuum my car. Be careful. Those suckers are no joke. They will literally pick up everything so make sure that you check your car before vacuuming. Overall I did still see some dirt and weird streaks on my car that I had to work really hard to buff out.. they were so deeply embedded that I thought they might have been scratches. I think there should be more products by vacuum area such as hand sanitizer, air freshening spray, armor all for the dashboard and window spray that is of better quality. This is just my personal opinion. Unsure if I will go again during this month's membership but I will definitely not renew. I can see this an a Emergancy car wash but definitely not the quality I am accustomed to.

The wash included a basic wash, an underbody rinse, wheel cleaning, and an HP Rinse. Overall, the wash was what I would expect from a drive-thru service, and my car left cleaner than when it arrived. The attendant at the start did very little pre-prep; more attention there might have improved the final result. I appreciated the free vacuums and window cleaner provided; however, it would be helpful to have a cleaning solution available for wiping down the inside of the car as well. The car wash was much needed, and I was satisfied with the results for the most part; I most likely will return in the future.

It spayed products all over my vehicle and "washed" it with no water. Was given another free wash and asked to go to the Lynnhaven location. Unbelievably - the 2nd locations wash did the exact same thing! This was fixed and I was asked by the attendant to go through a 3rd time and did. At first it looked ok. I vacuumed my vehicle and upon fully drying, there was product all over the lower half of both sides of my vehicle. The attendant apologized and asked me to go through a 4th time and tell a separate attendant to turn off the tire shine. I did. This did not come off. I spoke with the manager on duty and requested a sponge and soap. They did not have any. I used paper towels and water from the restroom in an attempt to loosen whatever it was off and went through a 5th time with the acting manager walking through the tunnel with my vehicle. This did not work, so I took it to a separate carwash not owned by this company. They used a clay spray and hand waxed my vehicle to remove this product. It came off. I went to lunch, and when ai came out the product that wash still on my tires from Go Wash flung all over it again! The separate location was kind enough to remove this a 2nd time at no cost to me. I was now out $75 for the wax (even with a free clay service), a $20 initial tip and a $10 tip for the second time. $105 and 6 hours of my time wasted. I filed a report and I am flabbergasted to say it was denied. I only asked for the $105 I was out as a result of this wash. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. I am so thankful the damage wasn't significant and was fixed.

You pull up, select what you want and they will hand wash the outside of your vehicle and the inside too (but I haven't tried that yet). My car looked amazing afterwards and not only do they hand wash everything, they have a blower that you drive through that will partially dry the car and then they will hand dry the rest of it.
