I just went to this car wash on Monday 1/12/2026 and got the Ultimate wash. I am very disappointed my car was still dirty on the inside. Windows still had marks on them there was still marks on my dashboard, and they never vacuumed the back of my vehicle. I will never go back here and i have been going here for years. read more

Prices have gone up, quality has gone down since we moved away. Paid for a Supreme, plus mats. Car still had a lot of pollen left on the roof under the racks. I had to point it out to one of the staff, barely cleaned it off. Still a lot left under the hatch even after they open it to dry the water. And no fragrance sprayed, part of the package. Fast and friendly service here, but when paying for their most premium car wash option, the car needs needs to get clean. I took two cars here today today to give this place a chance. First let me say that they move cars through this car wash very quickly and efficiently. Secondly all of the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Getting your car through the car wash fast is great of course, but when you're paying for their top cleaning options, their ultimate service for $23 including tax, it's simply unacceptable to see dust remaining all over the inside of the car. Was my car clean enough, for me you bet! It smells good using their new car scent, the outside was wiped down pretty well although they did not wipe down the tire rims. They clean the windows well, the problem is the dust on the dashboard and in the cupholders. One of my biggest pet peeve's. They have three levels of service, Royal, supreme, and ultimate! Without the blink of an eye I got the ultimate service because I wanted my car to be completely clean like it was new! So that's not what happened. If I had ordered one of the other cheaper cleaning services that would've been OK. This car wash is extremely convenient for me and very fast. I will probably return knowing that I may have to live with a little dust left over. I'm hoping they improve the interior cleaning service. If they do I will raise the rating here. In the meantime I have no choice but to give them 2 stars for now. I drive from Monroe just to use this car wash. As far as I'm concerned they are the best. I always get the Ultimate and am never disappointed. As far as the few negative reviews about the Ultimate wash consider all the fine wax's and sealers they are putting on the car/truck as it goes through the wash. If you found a little dust on the dashboard put on your big boy pants when you get home and wipe it off yourself. It might take a whole 10 seconds. Nobody's perfect-even you. read more

Do not waste your money! My wife and I keep our cars relatively clean, with the exception of a few empty water bottles and crumpled up wawa gas receipts. I had to get my car cleaned today, due to the break dust buildup on the wheels and a bird pooped on it, along with regular dust build up. Prior to being washed I pointed out to one of the attendants an areas that needed to be wiped down in the trunk, as some how leaves had accumulated. After the wash was complete, I had to point out the reminiscent of bird poop. As I got home, I did an inspection, and realized that the car had not been adequately vacuumed. I paid $19 for the supreme package and tire shine, knowing it's going to rain later today. What a mistake! Would never go back here again! read more

Big operation they got going over here. Depending on when you go you could be waiting in a line of cars. I think thats why they do not do a very thorough job of cleaning the cars. I got my car washed there and was in a rush so I didn't really look very carefully but when I got to my next destination I looked at the vacuum job which was horrible. There was sludge running down out of my trunk I'm not sure if it was from the dirty rags for the dirt on my car which by the way was pretty bad both could have been easily corrected. The absolute worst car wash around. I brought my Jeep in and it still came out dirty. I didn't notice until I got home. I went back to have them rewash it but it was closed. I went back the next day and explained to the owner the car was still very dirty despite it being washed the day before. The owner shrugged his shoulders and said I should've complained yesterday and said it would be $12.95. I said I didn't notice it until I got home and they were closed when I did go back. Yeah I can definitely see the lint problem that another poster mentioned. Actually I think what he mentioned with dust and from what I can see and there is what looks like dust in my car. But I don't think it's dust I think it's lent and it probably has something to do with the way their towels are washed or the type of towels they have. But these guys really put in work and cleaning my car. I could hear them pounding my mat to get all the dirt out I need the actual dirt is gone it looks great as far as that goes. I went to this car wash yesterday. I want to warn people think twice about taking your car there. The actual car wash is fine and does the job, however the employees that get in and drive your car are very irresponsible. The idiot that got into my car to move it up excellerated so fast around the corner he almost took off my door. And mind you he moved it maybe 50 feet but apparently felt the need to go as fast as possible to get there. I don't appreciate someone abusing my car. And when the cars come out they do the same thing. Get in it and floor it to go 15 feet. They have NO concern for other people's cars. I've been going to this car wash and the Manalapan location for years. It's the closest and most convenient to my house. Unfortunately every time I get my car washed (ultimate package) I have to ask them to go back over it. Center console, doors, cup holders etc are never cleaned.
