I did not use the service, called to cancel before my start time and did not cost the company anything, no real spot was reserved that would cause the business to lose revenue. Got financially burnt a bit twice here, will not be returning or recommending. When I called to cancel my spot prior to the start of service I was told no refunds, this is bad business.
