My truck was backed into (I was parked at my apartment) and I ended up bringing it here to be repaired. Denise in the Collision Center was AMAZING and so very helpful. She kept my husband and me in the loop, we knew what was going on with our repair every step of the way. She was friendly and able to complete our requests thoroughly, making sure to keep our rental in check as well. The very first day that I spoke with Denise, she assured me that she would handle everything and to just trust the process. I will say, just be patient as you're not the only client they have and they're just wanting to make sure your vehicle is properly repaired. got my car serviced here at 7am for a couple of recalls & they were super quick. mr. ken was very professional and the sweetest. the customer area was very clean. they also have a quiet waiting area as well as one for the kids. they do have a vending machine for snacks and sodas. a water and coffee machine and a small refrigerator for bottle waters. i'd recommend coming here. read more

I took my vehicle in because I hit some type of animal one night after work that damaged my bumper. They sent my vehicle to the Freeman collision center in Irving Tx for repairs. After a month I picked up my vehicle and 3 weeks later went to the carlash and spayed my bumper only for the paint to peel off. Called Billy that was over the collision department and I was told to give him a called back in a month and he'll have a loaner car for me. Mind you this was early 2021. Called Billy back and was told I was on a waiting list. Called back a couple of months later and was told Billy is no longer with the company, but come to find out Billy works for the collision center now. Needless to say It's been well over a year and I have yet to receive a call from anyone at this dealership and my bumper is still peeling! Stay away from this dealership! Poor customer service and everyone will lie to your face to get you out of there if you have a problem. read more

I had the best experience with Freeman Collision Center after I was rear-ended. Danielle was my contact at Freeman and she was fantastic. The entire process was so seamless and easy from the moment I dropped off my car until the time I picked it up. Danielle stayed in touch with the insurance adjuster so I didn't have to deal with any of that. She also kept me informed of what was happening with my car along the way so I never had to wonder how much longer things would take. I was even able to leave my rental car at Freeman and they took care of returning it for me. Having a car accident is not an enjoyable experience, but Danielle and Freeman made the process a lot less of a hassle than I had expected it would be. Two thumbs up! read more

This is the worst auto repair facility that I have ever dealt with. I have formerly owned Ford vehicles and this is the first time that I've owned a Toyota. Someone hit me from behind at a red light. I took my vehicle back to the dealer as I normally do, because I figure they know their vehicles and all I expect is for the dealer to fix it back to factory mode. Well I never had problems with all the Ford's I owned and dealers that I have dealt with. In other words Ford dealers' collision departments always did an excellent job on fixing my vehicles if and when I had an accident. Freeman Collision in Irving had my vehicle a couple of days shy of a month to fix my tailgate with automatic lift and bumper (they also returned my vehicle with all the sanding dust underneath my back seats) and I've been experiencing intermittent non opening of the automatic tailgate. I took it back to Freeman Toyota Service Department, because I did not want to deal with the incompetent people at the Freeman Collision, Irving. The Freeman Service Department didn't find anything after keeping the vehicle for 24 hours. After experiencing the same problem for a time period longer I took the vehicle back to Freeman Toyota Service and told them I'll give them a last chance to fix it or I'll trade the vehicle in and not for another Toyota. I told them it keeps making a clicking noise, but its not opening, so I suggested that they compare it to a new vehicle. This time they made an adjustment to the opener and found that the tailgate is misaligned (it actually has a gap, WOW!) and wrote on the invoice to take it back to Freeman collision to fix the alignment. I was told to come to the Freeman Collision in Irving between 9:30-10am on Saturday, but it was not guaranteed that someone could check the vehicle out. I get there and am told that no one is there to check out the vehicle and that I will be put on a loaner list and when a vehicle becomes available they'll give me a call within the week. I asked Ozzy why Earl could not tell me that over the phone. If they don't honor there word then my only recourse is to trade the vehicle in. It's a shame cause I really like the vehicle that I had specially ordered, because no dealer had one on their lot. It boils down to people have to do what they have to do. I would heavily suggest to anyone considering on bringing their vehicle to Freeman Collision in Irving, to weigh out your choices and read reviews before making that decision. If you want to deal with inconsiderate, incompetent and BS beings then by all means do so. read more

I recently had my 2013 GMC Sierra worked on, and my experience was handled by Mr. James Storm and Mr. Ozzie Orta.  My truck had collision damage on the rear bumper as well as general wear and tear on the driver's side door handle and passenger side paneling.  James personally greeted me when I dropped my truck off for service.  His friendly customer service as well as his knowledge and experience make you feel extremely comfortable knowing your vehicle is in good hands.  Throughout the process, both James and Ozzie were extremely responsive and forward thinking in handling the repairs.   They let me know exactly what was going on with my truck, what to expect in terms of pricing, and they ended up ahead of schedule on the repairs.  They were able to get some of the repairs covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the rest covered by insurance.  They treated me more than fairly in terms of price.  All in all, my experience was fantastic and it was due to these two professionals, as well as the excellent work of the rest of the team.  I truly feel like I am treated like family when I take my vehicle to Freeman, and you have a customer for life. read more
