I wasn't sure if I needed to create a mailing label or if they could do it for me, so I went in prepared to ask for assistance. There were three employees in the store who were all preoccupied doing other things, and no one greeted me when I walked in interestingly. Someone finally walked over and asked how she could help me after they finished discussing whatever they were talking about, and I guess she didn't see the envelope in my hand, so I told her I needed to mail a package. She had such a bad attitude unnecessarily, that was really offputting. She caught me off guard when she asked for my ID because when I normally stop in I'm just dropping things off and obviously no ID is required for that. She seemed annoyed that I asked why it was needed, which is funny since you work there and it's kind of your job to answer questions. She was not very friendly, was borderline rolling her eyes and everything else you can think of. It was very uncalled for. I tried not to reciprocate but that was not easy. I think FedEx needs to do a better job of training their employees in customer service, because whatever issue she had (or maybe she had nothing to be annoyed about at all) it had nothing to do with me - I simply needed help with a mailing. I've been in the store multiple times and have usually not had an issue, but I really do not appreciate her behavior towards me and it motivated me to write a review the minute I left the store.

The staff was immediately so friendly and even though they had a tour scheduled they dropped everything and took us around the shop before their tour arrived when they could've asked us to come back another time. They were very knowledgeable and made sure we got the paper we wanted for the look/purpose we were ordering. They don't overcharge you when they very well could and on top of that had my print done overnight on a FRIDAY. Mine was a smaller job, but for that reason they could've pushed it off for the higher paying prints and they didn't. Great place, quality, and management (and I am a tough critic). 100% would go back. I think I'll actually find more things to print knowing I have a good place to go to.

They were so great at helping us print exactly what we imaged and troubleshoot any issues or questions as they came up. Everything we ordered came out beautifully and such high quality. Everyone is extremely responsive and they turnaround the prints so quickly! We got samples of a few different types and styles which made all the difference in choosing our final design.
