DO NOT GO HERE. I paid $12 for an exterior wash and it did not properly clean my car. My car is white and dirt was clearly still visible on my rims and back side of my car. I complained and Lupe basically told me he doesn't guarantee completely clean cars and I could pay $22 to have one of his guys wipe the dirt off. WOW! WHAT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not to mention, I have 2 paint chips/scratches on my car that I know for a fact were not there before because I walk past that area of my car daily and they are clear as day (white paint chipped showing black underneath). He told me that it was "impossible" that the car wash caused the damage - seems like gaslighting is his go-to when things like this happen based on other reviews here. My car is less than 1 year old and I take pristine care of it so I know it is their fault. He refused to refund my money and clearly has no customer service skills. I used to come here once a month but I will never come here again. Lupe - you are the worst and I hope people quit giving you their business since you do not deserve it. read more

I have been going to this car wash for the past 10 years and they are very good. For the last year or two I have been doing their Diamond wash, which is $25.00 or pne of their Full Service washes for $45.00. The staff members are nice and they work hard. I am always happy with the time they take to clean and wipe down my car. Bonus is that I get an air fresh. Today they are going through renovations and apparently the credit card is disconnected. The sales rep at outside didn't inform me of the cash only services today. The owner happened to be at the register and she ended up comping my wash! That was so generous and kind of her. I drove by this place on my way home today, lowered my window and asked some gentlemen if they had washed cars. They said yeah and scream $40 and so I said cool, I'd turn around and be right back. When I got there, I went to the entrance to where a genteel man was standing controlling the needle and charging people to get their service done. I told him I wanted a hand wash and he asked me why? I said because I don't want my car to get scratched and he laughed at me while saying they wash 300 cars a day and never had an issue.. I said that's just the service I wanted, he said okay, $50, to which I replied they had just told me $40 outside.. he said no because my car was big they charge more (even though it's the same car the First Gentlemen quoted me for).. I said okay, whatever. Then he started looking around the car and said that to get all the mosquitoes that were stuck to the front of my car off they'd need to do a wax to which I first replied no to, that those were from a road tip which I will probably not be doing again so I didn't need it.. so he laughed at me again saying that a hand wash wasn't going to get rid of the mosquitoes, that a wax was needed. I said okay whatever, he said extra $45.. I was already fed up so I just said yeah okay. He charged my car and told me to park on the side. Then he told me it was going to take an hour. I parked my car and started throwing small trash away.. he comes up to me and points at a Tesla going into the automatic wash and says "that car, that's $60,000 he has a membership and has never had an issue" to which I replayed "my car is $60,000 too and I don't give a f what he does.." I then asked for a refund and left. I don't understand why businesses have people running their front of the house with such bad people skills, he had already uncharged me, made me buy another service which was 3-4x what a regular machine was would've been and he still kept making me feel bad about it. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt on reviews but I paid $30 for the "works" what is vacuum inside and clean outside. Then tipped $10 and legit got home and open my back door to this. Let me say they didn't even try lol. When I got home I vacuumed it and it took me 10 min. Yet I pay $40 and nothing. Also I had old water bottle and paper in front side door. They didn't even throw it out or clean. They did literally nothing. Go look at my reviews. I dont write bad reviews. But this was the biggest slap in the face and robbery. Go to their reviews and press "newest reviews" I mean how can the manager not get ahead of this.....it's all 1 star. What a bummer. I paid $40 for a diamond wash. They failed to even give my dashboard a basic wipe down. It's still dirty. I could have gone to a HAND carwash for less & still had a cleaner car. I basically paid $40 for an express car wash which is way overpriced for the service I received. The inside was only barely vacuumed in the front. read more

Orange Car Wash is connected to the Chevron station by my office and I wouldn't say it was the best detailing I've seen, but it is decent relative to the price. And most importantly, they were QUICK!! My extensive Diamond Car Wash ($25 + tip) only took 20-25minutes so it left me plenty of time to still grab a bite before heading back to the office. The Diamond Service includes: Foaming Pre-Soak, Turbo Dry, Spot Free Rinse, Triple Shine, Clear Coat, Rim & Tire Cleaner, Tire Dressing, Fire Bath, Surface Protectant, Dashboard Wipe, Microfiber Towel, Instant Ice Shine, Fire Clean and Protect... Vacuuming and Hand Dry... Talk about good value, right?? As I was waiting, there were 4 workers simultaneously hand drying my car. Afterwards they were vacuuming and wiping my interior surfaces down. They all looked really hardworking so tip them well! Despite a few areas in the back that could be cleaner, I feel like they did a good job in a short amount of time. I am sure it would take me much longer to clean my own interior so I will definitely take my car back here. read more

I've never brought my personal vehicle to this place, but I've brought several cars from the county here to get cleaned up. Although the county has a membership with this place, I think $17 is a little steep for what you get here. The crew is pretty nice and hard working in my opinion. What a wonderful group of people! Saturday mid morning, everyone was ready and willing to smile and help. The quality of the wash was great and I appreciated there being an attendant present to flip the passenger mirror back in place. I felt bad that I didn't have time to vacuum. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My mother's handicap placard and prescription sunglasses were stolen from her car when she was getting the interior detailed. Really horrible. When we drove back to confront them they didn't do anything about it. We've made a report to the police. Sucks because we've been coming here since the 90's. Such BS read more

This car wash is great! I like to wash my car a lot so I go by here a couple times a week and swing by after work since it's just down the street. I just use the machines that scan my sticker and go through. It's easy, I'm in and out fast and my car is always clean. read more

You're better off just hosing your car down. The drying part of the wash doesn't work so now you're left self drying your car. Kinda defeats the purpose. Then the area to dry and vacuum your car has no shade unlike the other area where they dry your car. First and last time I use this garbage of a car wash. read more

I am reading these reviews and I must say, I don't know who they're talking about. These people must be friends of the employees!!! I had went through here seven times because both car washes that I normally use, closed. The one on Chapman and Harbor by target, and the one in Cypress that was tore down, across from Ross and Marshal . I went and got my car washed today, the guy sprayed only half the car in the beginning of the wash, and did a poor job, a young lady, dried my car, I even tipped her nicely. When I pulled off and stopped at a store across the street, my tires were not washed at all. The inside of the car was not wiped and I paid $35 the door edges on the bottom all the way around we're not wiped the inside was not cleaned and my tires did not have the shiny stuff on them and I paid $35 for the diamond wash. This is the seventh time I got super poor quality compared to the car washes that were washing my car before I will never go here again and I suggest that you find somewhere else to go because this place hires people that spoke to me only in Spanish... and I'm not Hispanic, so I didn't understand what none of them were saying.
