I woke up this morning in a state of panic. I called my current insurance carrier and they weren't able to insure me or the new 2014 Impreza WRX I purchased. Love this Freeway Insurance! Angel is our broker and he is amazing! He treats us like family and found us the best rate! Saved us so much money on our insurance. The other agents in this office are fantastic as well, when my husband and I first came in we brought our kids, a 6 year old and a 15 month old in with us, and they brought out crayons and coloring pages for my daughter, they laughed and giggled with both of our children and didn't mind our 15 month old's curiosity. I would give this place ZERO stars if it were possible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Expect to be put on hold for at least an hour, and for representatives to avoid your calls if you have an actual issue.
