One of your employees ( Michael ) did 2 transactions summing over $400 in theft. When I first spoke with him over the phone to acquire car insurance ( sr22 ) we came to a conclusion that the total would be around $540 for the premium, i don't remember the exact amount it was just around lower 500's. He asked if i'm able to pay amount in full or if I would like to maybe 2 payments. I went the 2 route and agreed on automated payments to saved a few dollars over the paying manually method. So he proceeded to take a $300 payment for the first half. A few weeks go by and I received a receipt in the mail from Aspire stating I have an outstanding balance of $543 which I thought was insane after doing a $300 payment. So I contacted Michael about this and he stated " the initial pays for a few things not just the policy " what kind of shady false business is he selling? Hiding a 300$ fee that's no where on any of the paperwork I signed then he states " did you not look over that because I know I explained everything to you " when he clearly didn't explain anything about that. Another week passes and I get another $140 payment removed out of my bank account. Following that I received another receipt from Aspire with a balance of $543 still on my account. No matter how much of a budget or rush u are in please do not waste your time with this insurance holder. This location is always making up hours of their own , the first day I came here , their hours online said they opened at 9am but had someone show up at 10:30 am. I am here today to dispute a charge of $150 when I already cancelled my policy last month ! They aren't open right now at 3:04pm even though their sign is blinking. I guess it's fine to just have a paper saying they won't be in the office until 3:30 for no reason given ??? The Laguna Hills location employee "Gabriel" is absolutely garbage. I was told by their corporate office that I had to come to there office in person, to fill out a annual mileage form and that it was a requirement and time sensitive. This location wouldn't even answer the door and help me and had the nerve to transfer me to the customer service, there open by the way, this happened at 1pm on today which is today a Tuesday! Gabriel kept asking me what I was needing help with and I told him I'm here for the above referenced issue. I was vague because he was he was making it clear he'd only unlock the door and give me help if I needed to create a new policy i.e. he'd be able to make money. These guys are sleazy used car salesman at best. The armpit of the insurance industry if you will. I had a same situation happen at the Anaheim location. It was a dump there, there office looked like a boiler room. The guy was the same way he never would help me with any issues and I got the run around from him Jesus Noriega was his name. This place is known to take advantage of those that don't speak English and are new here or people desperate for insurance because they have a horrible driving record. I went to the Freeway insurance office in orange one time and these crooks had the nerve to try and charge me $80bucks just to complete the paperwork, to change vehicles when I bought a new truck. I'm well aware that if you buy a more expensive truck your insurance will go up some because it's a more expensive asset. This was just for the paper work. I flat out told the guy no. I got up and told the manger that it wasn't right. The guy looked like a tweeker with sunken in eye sockets. He gave a stupid head nod and told the agent to wave the fee after realizing I wasn't that big of a idiot. I'm writing this I'm out front of there Laguna hills location, getting a quote from AAA insurance. I went from paying $123.00 a month to paying $92.00 a month and have gotten a taste of real customer service from AAA, something Freeway Insurance never even tried to give me. read more

Avoid this company. I went to this Laguna hills location where they ran my record and signed me up at $30/mo. On liability insurance on one of my motorcycles. After checking my bank statements they started withdrawing $94/mo. after the first month. They claimed more results came back on my driving record but they couldn't explain what came up...I specifically asked if the only ticket I've gotten appeared and they said yes. Reps in the store are very misleading and are just looking for sign ups.
