I would like to take this opportunity to convey my complete satisfaction and commend Nancy Ramon for her outstanding customer service and assistance in finding the very best insurance for both my daughter and I. When it comes to insuring multiple vehicles and drivers it is not easy to get the best quotes. I had visited 4 other Insurance offices within North County in the past week and was not satisfied with any of them. In fact, I had agents promise to call me back and never did, I had agents confirm that they would wait for me for a late appointment but left and never contacted me. I also obtained quotes from several on line Brokers which in my opinion did not offer me the personal attention I need and want when dealing with my personal business. When I went into the Freeway Insurance office on Hacienda I was greeted by Nancy who immediately impressed me with her smile. Without saying anything, Nancy made me feel comfortable sitting and discussing my insurance needs. It took a bit of time but Nancy understood my concerns and my insurance needs and continued to work towards obtaining a policy that would meet all my current needs and at a remarkable rate. Nancy was determined to help me and provide me with the best customer service possible. People are always willing to complain about bad service, but we should always take the time to recognize those special individuals that go above and beyond what is required or what is done by the average person. Nancy is definitely an outstanding example of the Insurance agent I will always want to handle my insurance needs, and I am sure most people will also agree once they go in and give her the opportunity to help them with their insurance needs. I highly recommend Nancy Ramon to anyone with insurance needs. Before writing this review, I read all the reviews that are posted on this site and unfortunately the majority are negative, as I mentioned people are fast to complain. I did not notice one review regarding Nancy and I am confident that it is because everyone that she has dealt with was very happy and satisfied but did not take a few minutes to write a positive review of her outstanding service. I bought an insurance policy 02/19/2018 from Freeway Insurance Services (FIS) based on all of the great reviews. I had an absolute nightmare dealing with FIS. I spent over 3 hours trying to get my insurance cards/declaration after signing and paying $554 because Ms. Garcia (manager) stated the computer was having technical difficulties. I had a number of questions that Ms. Garcia and Marwa kept skirting around such as the application stating $600 in the limit column for collision. Both women stated this was a $600 deductible. Maybe so, but I need to see it with my eyes (documents i.e. declaration). I understand most people just go through the application and check the blocks without even reading the contract (legally binding) they are about to sign. I kept being put on hold for long periods of time without either women coming back anytime soon especially Ms. Garcia. I finally had to let her know she was providing poor customer service. I explained to her that I should have probably went to a different insurance company and that the Internet reviews is the reason I called FIS in the first place. Ms. Garcia stated that my situation was unusual. I suppose so, but it did not excuse my long wait (over 3 hours) or the constant waits on hold. Ms. Garcia did apologize but the situation remained the same. Ms. Garcia emailed me several copies (2 cars) of temporary insurance cards valid for 30 days. Ms. Garcia did email me a declaration with incorrect information on it. I emailed a reply as to what needed to be corrected. Incorrect information can void a contract all together. I then received an email requesting proof of my marriage within 14 days in order to keep the policy rates quoted by FIS. After my money ($554) was spent there was not much else I could do but write this review (many more to come) and possibly some complaints as well...Buyer beware... read more

I have been looking all over comparing prices and the best convinient coverage for my car and now more than happy I can say I HAVE FOUND IT! I have herd about this place from a couple of friends and relatives that own this insurance and I was skeptical looking at all these reviews written on here but as soon as I stepped through that door they greeted me with such friendliness! Ask me to take a seat and I was waiting for a bit but as soon as I was up a really nice young lady named Giselle attended me she gave me her undivided attention. Giselle had offered me a drink and not just gave me one option but various options to choose from because like we all know we all work differently so she did the best possible to provide me with a plan that was best for me! By the way she has this great sense of humor besides she was really honest with me and told me this process is not the fastest like everyone says but was going to do the best she could to make the process fast and easy and..IT WAS! Everyone there was so respectful and honestly im not trying to just throw shit out there just because. Because at the end of the day that is just straight up my opinion but I just wanted to share with you guys my experience I GOT YOU FAM and to all those that have had a bad experience I do apologize for what you went through and maybe in your eyes they treated you horribly but to me they just told me how it was and I can not complain! read more

A friend of ours referred us over to the Freeway Insurance Agency over in vista and said the Kenya in particular was super easy to work with so we had her take a look at our policies to see if she could beat our current rate. Not only was she easy to work with, Kenya also identified a couple gaps we had in coverage and had a quote ready for us in just a few minutes. Because of the discount Kenya gives us for having multiple cars we were able to get better coverage than what we had with Allstate for a better price. Even though we use direct pay, I love that the location is on my way home and easy to get to, on case we have to stop by with a question or something. I'd recommend Freeway insurance in vista over some of the others in the area simply due to the fast and accurate service Kenya gives, from now on she will be the only one in charge of my insurance needs!!:) Kenya is the best agent so go with her, she will take care of you!! read more

So far I couldn't be happier with Freeway Insurance. I spoke with a gentleman named Oscar who demonstrated great knowledge, was duper helpful, left no question left unanswered, and walked me through everything step by step! Handled the whole process over the phone from the comfort of my own home. Sure I was placed on hold a couple of times so Oscar could prep the documents for e-signatures, but that is to be expected, and talk about customer service! The gentleman I spoke with, I dont remember his name, but he too is a credit to this company and exhibited superior customer service. To Oscar and the rest of the Freeway team, thank you for the great service and all the help! Lets start off by saying I don't like to shop for insurance. I called this office because my sister told me she had gotten a great rate here. When I was on the phone, I spoke to Maria and she made the whole process super simple. She offered me a few options, and all of them were within my budget. At the end of the day, she found a rate @ 105xMO(now keep in mind i have a 2018 car and an accident on my record). This is my favorite office by far! I went in this store with my little girl looking to get a quote and continue shopping around. I was helped out by a young man by the name of Jose. I let him know exactly what I was looking for and what quotes I have gotten elsewhere. Not only was he able to find me a great insurance company/ monthly rate but was also kind enough to keep my little girl entertained with balloons and blank paper for her to draw!! I just got a new car and was recommended to Freeway Isurance. I came to this location and I was beyond impressed! As soon as I walked in I was greated and was offered coffee. And although they were all busy every so often they would let me know they will be with me and if I needed something else water more coffee. When It was my turn the agent was so helpful. i have used the Hacienda office of Freeway insurance for just under two years; while the corporate phone office has been helpful, the staff at the Vista/Hacienda office is super great to work with. i had some specific things to sort out recently with my insurance needs and i got great service and insurance products working with the office team there, especially Kenia Obeso and also Aida Rios, although everyone there and even the manager were cheerful and made me feel comfortable. five stars for sure April 2015 read more
