This place was referred to us by many friends that were very happy with their experience . Andy was very nice and easy going. However, my daughter did not pass the first time she took DMV test. I reached out to Andy asking if he could do a remedial class because she had lost her confidence. While he did reply, he never followed up with my request. I continued taking my daughter driving in order to get her more comfortable and prepared for 2nd test. Thank goodness she passed. In hindsight I wish I would have used AAA. read more

A very nice experience dealing with this driving school when my son was learning and getting his permit. The instructor Jen was friendly and patient. She knew all the traffic laws and rules of the road and explained everything clearly to my 16 year old. He passed his DMV test on the first try. He hasn't had any tickets or accidents in the year he's been driving and is super confident o behind the wheel. We highly recommend them. First I want to say if this review was about the instructor Jennifer I would give 5 stars. She was wonderful with my son who has only had his first class. I called to schedule my sons second class and the women I spoke to was rude with ZERO customer service skills. My sons permit expires the end of July (I thought it was August-my error) but there is no need to be rude when I ask if there is any appointments before July (for his second class). Yes I was told it "might" take until August for him to complete the three classes but was told I would be put on a cancellation list and they would do their best to get him completed before his permit expires. The women who I spoke to today could have handled our conversation with a little more friendly customer service then being rude by saying "you were told her wouldn't complete his classes until August" with an attitude. I wish I could get him into another driving school but I can't get a refund. Poor customer service and I definitely won't be using this company for my other son. read more

Had lessons back in February starting off with little to no driving experience and practice. Was very nervous but Andy was so great at instructing the lesson calmly and efficiently. Helped me get rid of my fear a lot. Overall lessons were awesome and learned a lot. Recommend to call ahead to see what dates are available as they can be booked a lot. read more

Andy Macias is seriously awesome! He went out of his way to help me in retrieving my LEA code that was not on my paperwork from the court. Without that code I wouldn't be able to apply for the online course. And it would of been a pain in the ass for me to actually get a real person on the phone from LACourt to help me out. Today my grandson, Dylan completed his third and final training session with Jennifer. First I would like to say that the customer service I received from the office was courteous, timely and professional. Next I would like to say that Jennifer is very professional. She arrived on time to ALL three appointments. She explained up front what the training involved. After each session she provided a critique of Dylan's driving performance and told him and us what he needed to work on between sessions and also before taking the DMV behind the wheel test. In addition to her professionalism, Jennifer is extremely personable. Dylan said, she is nice and very funny. He said she really made him feel at ease and comfortable during the training. Best school there is in the whole IE. Andy was one of the best instructors there could have ever been and was there to answer questions when I needed them. Always on time for your appointment and talkative which is a great thing. The ride was not awkward and enjoyed that very much since it felt like I had known him for a long time. Didn't like the customer service regarding timely return phone calls, questions regarding the Training for a teenager and their safety, satisfaction guarantee....there is none. They discourage parent ride along...even just the first lesson to monitor the school Training. They have a "no refund" policy once you pay, which they want done with a Mastercard or Visa, if cash, must. E paid in advance not at pick up location. There are better schools out there that are concerned with customer satisfaction and cares about parent safety concerns for over children. This school seems more interested about quick guaranteed money in their pockets first, with no guarantee of Good Safe Service,,, thumbs down went else where. Just as I was writing this I get a call from Freeway a day late, explaining it is okay to pay cash at the pick up location and 1st day of training. I have used freeway driving school for both of my high school drivers. Last year Ana was a great instructor for my son. She was so calm and helpful. My younger son has just finished his last session with Andy. Andy arrived on time and helped my son use good driving techniques. I trust Andy to help my son to get his driving license and to be a safe driver on the roads we all drive on. I believe that Andy is a qualified driving instructor to prepare your child for their driving behind the wheel test. I called multiple time and no one ever answers. Left a voicemail so they can call me back it's been two days and still no call back.

Difficult to make an appointment for driving lessons. They only have certain people who can schedule them and you frequently just have to leave a message. Finally got to schedule appointment, but had to wait almost 3 weeks for first lesson. Day of the lesson arrives... And nobody shows up. I had to call the school to find out they didn't have my son scheduled. They conveniently had an appointment the next morning...when we originally had to wait for a first lesson. They have no problem taking your money in advance. I will update this post following first lesson. read more
