Being that it was Sunday on Veterans Day weekend, not a lot of mechanics were open- but this location was. I called to check if they offer PPIs and Shawn answered and confirmed that they do. Even better, it was free (whereas all other competitors were charging $140 to $200). After an expensive weekend of car issues, just saving this money was another huge relief. I was able to drive the car up without an appointment, and Shawn and his coworker were so friendly and thorough. They went above and beyond and found everything wrong with the used car (there's always something) and even compiled a formal list of issues for me.
