I am visiting my daughter and noticed she was missing a cap on her tire where the air goes in. I went inside and the lady was beyond helpful and took me straight to the spot where they had a choice of tire caps hanging. She then rang me up with zero waiting. Price was pretty good. I got the worst possible customer service here today. I called to see if the had a gas strut with the rating specified for my application. The guy said we have gas struts but I'm just a parts guy and don't understand or care what you are asking. I then asked him what do you know about them? He then hung up on me. Cool huh? read more

it's not what I'd call perfect but.... it's damn good. the parts selection hasn't let me down yet and prices can be all over the place from "what a great deal!" to "are you kidding me?" depending on of course what you're getting. with that said the staffing is usually pretty decent and I can't currently think of them not knowing the store contents when I've stopped in. they do warranty their parts but you've got to have the receipt from your original purchase. I had them replace a dead alternator on my old Honda once. since I had my receipt it was a very smooth transaction. read more

Tested my battery and even loaned me some tools (at no charge) to switch my battery out in the parking lot. And beyond that, everyone seemed to have a genuine interest in making my visit a positive one. I called and inquired about a car battery. I was going to purchase a battery bit was informed that they would not install it because it's in a hard to reach area. My car is an Infiniti G35 and the battery is easy to get to. I just don't feel like doing it myself if I am paying for a battery. I won't buy anything else from this store. read more

Our alternator failed us on the drive to Portland and we were able to limp it within walking distance of this store when the truck finally died. Several staff members helped us figure out the correct alternator, lent us some tools to install it, and when we struggled in the parking lot with our limited mechanical knowledge, their employee Ron Phillips went above and beyond helping us to install the alternator using his own tools and mechanical know how. I know they can't typically do this with all of their customers as it was an extraordinary situation and case of right time/right place, but Ron saved us from the stress of towing, hotel, missing work, and an expensive mechanic - granting us major peace of mind. I was immediately greeted as I walked inside and felt comfortable explaining my dilemma to the gentleman at the front desk about having trouble getting the old license plates off my car and he went outside to check out my situation.
