Took my fiancé s Subaru in for the Air-conditioned motor to be replaced which was a $950.88 cost with labor parts and fluids, only to have Keith and Manny express the real issue was NOT the motor but the gasket, and o ring seals on the compressor unit. Recently, I had my oil changed and the filter didn't work. Thankfully, I had my cell phone number as the nice guys at the Spanaway Jiffy Lube called me and told me to come back immediately after they found a bunch of oil outside their exit. I was so impressed how helpful they were. I was also really appreciative of how awesomely they took care of what could've been a major headache and repair since I live an hour away and it was after 6 pm on a Friday. I (thought) I got my oil changed here 5 weeks ago before a big road trip. It cost $100 and didn't take very long. On the pricier side but I figured that was just due to the oil industry. 13 hours into my drive all of the lights turn on in my car and I pull over, add a day, and take it to an auto shop, come to find out my oil had never actually been changed and I drove 1,500 miles with no oil in my car. read more

Jose and team were very friendly and professional. I was offered water or coffee while waiting in the waiting room. I was able to get a complete oil change in about 15 minutes. I was offered recommendations and other services for my vehicle without the pushy or aggressive tactics to make a sell like some other establishments. The manager and staff were great about providing us with prompt and friendly service, however I don't know that I would say that I got a good deal from this place. A couple days after our appointment here, our car had to return to the mechanic's shop. I don't know if this was something that Jiffy Lube could have prevented but it seems odd. read more

Third time's the charm seems to be the truth with this location. My 3rd oil change there and will be my last. $84 for an oil change and I was to be grateful for the employee giving me the $15 off to make it $69??? I know I drive an SUV but still... by far the most I've paid and when I questioned the reason for it, the employee tried explaining what we were both looking at: "Well see, there's a code there and ummm... it means it costs more..." Clearly lacking knowledge to answer that very simple question. Goodbye Jiffy Lube, my next change at 3,000 miles won't be with you. read more
