Went to O'Reilly for testing a battery. The employee recommended taking a photo of the reading from…read morethe O'Reilly battery load tester. When I went to Walmart for a replacement battery, they told me there was enough of a charge that they would not replace the battery. Because I had taken the photo as advised at O'Reilly, I was able to show the Walmart employees proof that there was less charge than they were claiming. Because of the O'Reilly employee's recommendation, I was able to get a replacement under the original warranty, and only had to pay a fee rather than the whole price of a new battery.
