Bait and switch tactics! Dont go here will never go here again and I have a company with fleet of vehicles and time and time again bait and switch tactics to up charge. I sat in the waiting room and can just hear them get more and more customers telling them they need more work done and need the vehicle for multiple more days. I have a complicated relationship with Firestone. Based on my experience working on cars and similar vehicles, I believe the company often relies on practices that feel misleading--using inflated pricing, selective information, and sales pressure to offset labor and compensation costs. Many of the services they charge premium prices for are, in my view, not inherently as expensive as they're presented to be. This approach appears to take advantage of labor regulations, standardized manuals, and industry laws that justify higher costs to customers. That said, I recognize that there are broader factors at play, including the realities of employment structures and the operational norms common across many service centers I've encountered throughout my time in the field. When I bring my vehicles to Firestone, I don't expect to be penalized or treated unfairly, but I also don't see the experience as exceptional. Their customer service is genuinely strong, which earns them three stars. The quality of the work is acceptable and reliable, but it doesn't exceed my expectations. I went to this location about a month ago and got some work done on my vehicle. My bill was about 2200. At first Everything was running fine. Well, about a week later it started to have issues I got sick so I had to wait to bring my car in, but I did let them know once I brought my car in the new manager told me he'd take a look he tried to tell me that the new problem was not caused by them just fixing my car And that it would run me around 4000. Well, I ended up going to the Firestone location on pacific in parkland and they fixed the issue FOR FREE and it wasn't at all what he said . They are money hungry here, clearly rushing with the work they do and have no sympathy I will never go back. This place needs a new manager again...btw ! Poor quality no pride in workman ship anymore. Brand new tires deflated after 1st day of having them. I'm beyond disappointed and will not be back. I also requested to keep my old tires because they had 75% tread left and they tossed them in the dumpster, I then had to retrieve them out of said dumpster thanks guys! Its been an hour and a half after my appointment timecand the car has NOT MOVED! No up date or anything.

In July we brought our Jeep into Firestone and trusted them to take care of our brakes, oil change, and check engine light. During this period of time we had a very personal medical emergency arise and so we blindly trusted Brent and his team to take care of us. Brent had made a remark about how we had the same rims when we dropped it off which was cool since I had spent a lot of time, effort, and energy upgrading my jeep as a female jeep owner. So it was nice to have someone notice. When we picked up the Jeep, a few days later we noticed 1. That the check engine light was still on. (Brent said this would reset after driving for a while) 2. One of my Rims was missing. (When I called they couldn't find it anywhere and they reimbursed me the cost for replacement). Now, here is my problem, the Jeep has pretty much been in our driveway minus a few here and there short jaunts since then due to this medical emergency and the 5 months of recovery. So imagine my surprise when I get in my Jeep to drive it and can barely brake and the engine sounds awful despite them telling me on their printout that all was good. So I take it to another local spot to have an inspection done because I don't want to risk anything else going missing only to find out that all my caliber clips on my brakes are missing, and my brakes are now completely shot. Brake fluid everywhere. Not to mention. Fast forward a few days and they now have checked the engine top to bottom and there is plastic and metal in my engine. All of which Firestone missed somehow. I walked in to Firestone and HANDED them the invoice from the other shop. When I followed up to ask them what they plan on going about it Brent said it's out of his hands now. It's now at corporate. He said he had no contact information for anyone there. No phone number. No email. So perhaps a bad review will catch their attention. The fact that they take people parts, Misplace them, Take no accountability, Cause THOUSANDS of dollars in damages and have zero communication or remorse. I asked them to fix the front left wheel, but they went under the hood and checked something there. I repeatedly asked them not to do anything under the hood, but they ignored me and still checked and did something there, which made me very nervous. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, they finally returned my car, and I was shocked, the PSI on the front left wheel was 36, while on all the others it was 32. I drove home, and my right front wheel went flat (I only drove 2.5 miles on the main road). Irresponsible and disrespectful attitude towards customers!!! read more

Went in for a quick oil change, they were quick, tho the price was a little an oil change and filter of $150

I went here to get a tire fixed, and had the absolute worst service. I was not impressed as it took them over an hour and a half to dislodge a nail from my tire. It was also VERY EVIDENT that they took my car out without my permission and used up over 50 miles of my newly filled gas tank! DO BETTER!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

Never had any issues with any of the Firestones, this is a new one that just opened a week ago, most of the employees are from the 176th and Meridian store. Went here to get an Oil Change and an alignment and they had it done in under 2 hours, was impressed with how good they are, and the prices are very reasonable. Nice having options, and would most certainly come back! read more

After a horrible experience at another firestone in Auburn. As soon as I told the person at the counter what needed to be done I was told to put he car by bay 1 and the tire will be put on. Larry was very quick to put on the tire. Even put the spare back in the trunk. read more

I absolutely hate servicing my car, and letting anyone other than my brother work on it but was having an immediate issue and needed my car looked at urgently. After calling around a few other local places I spoke with Brent over the phone, he gave me his thoughts on what it could be and let me know I could bring it in as a walk in since it was early and there was no one ahead of me. Brent & his team took care of my car while also being kind to me and transparent about pricing. Having taken my car to its dealership, and other places for oil changes, and tire servicing I always am upsold on something that's not needed, or brushed off and Brent changed my entire experience with just simply empathizing and genuinely looking to be helpful. I was able to replace a much needed thermostat and water pump and came back to do an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation and was taken care of. The quality of care with this location is phenomenal and had made it worth coming back to do all my maintenance in one stop rather than hop from place to place for it to be serviced.
