We agreed to have him do the work. He let me know he was finishing another job and would be here in the late afternoon. He showed up and had already picked up the parts he might need. He had my car up off the ground, removed all four tires, and checked them. Checked brake pads, rotors, and connections he could see. He completed the work at about 9 pm. -From posting the request for repairs to finishing was in a 7-hour time frame! -I didn't need to drive to a repair shop. -He explained the process and handled my questions. -My cost was 50% less than what I was quoted at the local repair shops. -This was my first time using a mobile service for mechanical work. This is the first time that I ever experienced a manager actually in introducing themselves during an oil change so I appreciated that and I'm sure other customers do as well. He found that 2 clogged water pipes were causing the leak. Not only did he clear the pipes and fix the issue, but he also removed a dead rat from the attic that we did not even know was there. He suggested adding a safety switch to the pipes to prevent future leaks, which was helpful advice. The service was fast, efficient, and professional. I did try that and it did not work or maybe there was a miscommunication. So on my 2020 Lexus NX 300. Your front license plate might get bent on the sides.
