I stopped into the showroom to try out chairs. I did not know what I wanted, so Alex was awesome and helped out. I got to demo all the functions of all the chairs and went with the Mirra2 chair. I was very happy with this because of the lumbar support. Alex helped me load the chair to my car too. The showroom has chairs and stand up desks. I was satisfied with the chair and I'll be using ERG to order a stand up desk as well, especially since there's free delivery if within 10miles.

If the dedicated print associate is on a break or off-shift, the rest of the floor staff is either unable or unwilling to assist. He located my hard to find item at one of their many warehouses, this warehouse coincidentally being in California, where I live so shipping was going to be faster. Prior to finalizing my order he double checked that this was the accessory I wanted and that it was compatible with my device model. After processing my order he called the "ship to" destination to make sure I was there for security/fraud reasons. I waited until I received my order before I reviewed this place. I'm truly amazed at the high level of customer service I received from David T and speedy delivery service. I failed to mention at the beginning that the order was placed Friday after closing and I received my package on Wednesday in the afternoon.
