They have over 10 years of experience and are a master of their trade and B. Marisa and Mario are both genuine, kind people who take an enormous amount of pride in what they do. They know that their clients want their arrangements/deliveries to be "special," as flowers are most often given during an occasion. My occasion was an apology. I wanted to send my boyfriend flowers after a small dispute. I called and Marisa asked what my budget was, and to describe the flowers I wanted. I think I literally said "white, simple?" and her reply was "white and green?" Marisa somehow knew exactly what I envisioned, and I think this is a testament to her experience. Marisa also made me feel very comfortable and at ease when dictating my apology card. Marisa and Natural Simplicity is by far the best flower company that I could have hired to do our wedding. Their flowers were all fresh and lasted the entire wedding day (plus a week later in the centerpieces that were brought home). They were responsive to every single communication regarding the wedding, even during a pandemic with so many changes that took place. They continuously reached out to make sure that I was not stressed about the wedding and put me to ease.
