I called in to place an order for next day local delivery because what I had in mind wasn't available on their website and the woman who answered the phone was so helpful and sweet. I explained that I needed something that was safe for cats and she was quick to explain exactly what she could put together in my price point. She asked if I had any preference on color and I let her know that the florist could have artistic freedom. Tax and delivery fee added on another $20 to the order. The flowers were delivered right on time to my friend the next day and turned out beautifully.

Beautiful arrangement sent to our girlfriend, she was so surprised and happy to receive it. I had a seamless experience ordering from Sweet Blooms and they handled the delivery with care, I would order from them again.

The hand-tied bouquet my friend received was absolutely stunning. Ordering online was easy and the service was great! I will definitely be ordering from Sweet Blooms Atelier again.

Sweet Blooms Atelier is hands down the best flower shop in the South Bay! Jamie (owner) and her team are amazing. On many occasions, I've called the same day and they were able to accommodate my needs within just a few hours. Their flower bouquets always turn out amazing! They are very unique, colorful and I will continue to come back. I do wish they stayed open a little later, since they close at 5:30pm, it's sometimes difficult to get to Hermosa Beach after work.

Sweet Blooms is my go-to florist in LA. I trust them so much sometimes i just give them a budget and just know it's going to be beautiful. Thank you Amanda and all the staff that helped me surprise my dad in the most perfect way. I sent him two dozen white long stem roses with same day delivery announcing my pregnancy with his first grandchild. The lady at Sweet Blooms was so moved she wanted to hand deliver it herself. I then asked if she would be comfortable video taping him receiving the flower arrangement. She said she would be more than happy. They were on a wild goose hunt to find my dad since he had already left the office. Long story short. They found him at his fav restaurant Palmilla. They delivered the flowers and it couldn't have been more perfect. I can't thank you enough. This meant the world to us. Your kindness will always be remembered. OMG. Stahhhhhhp! Look no further. I called Sweet Blooms at 3:00 (2 hours before closing) with a vague description and color palette of what I wanted and they absolutely nailed it. They delivered the flowers to my recipient the same day and absolutely shredded her crappy day with one tiny delivery. It was contact free, same day and absolutely stunning. Okay wow. Just had what was probably the best phone ordering experience of my life. I had an issue with ordering online and called the store to make sure I wasn't missing something. Jamie explained the website to me but encouraged me to call back if I couldn't figure things out. I tried the site again but no dice - this is likely due to shoddy internet so, not the fault of Sweet Blooms. When I called back, Jamie heard my concern, effortlessly took my delivery order and confirmed all of the correct info in about 4 minutes flat! And, she didn't rush or hurry through things at all, she was just such a pro and knew all the right questions to ask. At the end, she again urged me to call with any questions or concerns but honestly, I have none! I have confidence in their professionalism just from the 4 minutes I spent chatting with Jamie. Excellent prices, photos of the possible arrangements on the website, love that they have beautiful succulent arrangements! I couldn't wait to get off the phone and leave this review - that's how great the call was! My friend in Hermosa might be getting flowers every week now! read more

I ordered flowers delivery last Tuesday for my friend from Sweet Blooms. This was supposed to be the next day delivery, but I called the store to see if they'd deliver the flowers on the same day. Jaime took my order. Not only she fulfilled my request, she chose the freshest flowers. The vase I requested was not available at the time but she upgraded it without extra charge plus she added a few peonies for my friend to enjoy. Sweet Blooms is my favorite florist now, Jamie is fantastic! She delivered a gorgeous flowers arrangement. I don't live in the area, but I plan to visit her the next time I'm there! I came to this shop down the street looking for a sympathy arrangement. Mind you it was a day or two after New Year's and they looked to be out of most flowers since their suppliers had taken the week off. I was losing a little hope but they absolutely knocked it out of the park with what they had left. My Aunt and Uncle were absolutely floored by the results and I couldn't believe what they created out of seemingly nothing. Amazing job, A+ effort, and outstanding customer service. Great price too. I called and gave a terrible description I'm sure of what she likes and the person on the phone along with the florist took my description and put together a great bouquet. Jamie is the one i trusted for my dream come true wedding. It was a modern simple winter theme with beautiful white orchid mix. I ordered the arrangement through their website which was simple and straightforward. Today, Jamie was kind enough to let me know that a modification would need to be made to the arrangement as pictured on the website due to a quality issue. She provided photos of the replacement flower just so we would know. When the flowers were delivered, I received a phone call letting me know that they had arrived. I stopped by today to get an arrangement of roses for my 10th wedding anniversary. The design team was out of the office helping with a wedding - however a very nice woman who was there offered to put me in touch with them. I spoke with the designer and told her what I was looking to do. She quoted me a price that was very reasonable. They would make the arrangement and in two hours have it to the restaurant where we were going to celebrate. When we saw the arrangement my wife's jaw hit the floor - as did mine. It was stunning and was packed with more roses than I even originally discussed. People kept coming over asking where we got the flowers and I told them Sweet Blooms. Today is one of those days you can't do over - a 10 year anniversary comes around once in your lifetime - and had to be perfect. Sweet Blooms exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. read more

I was so excited to see this floral boutique open in the heart of Hermosa. The timing couldn't have been better as I was getting married THAT WEEK and needed a bouquet. Jamie spoke to me about what I wanted, made suggestions, and came through with the most beautiful flowers for my entire wedding party. She also personally delivered the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres to my wedding venue. Again, making them all within days of my wedding. Their arrangements are just simply beautiful and wonderful. She uses quality blooms and I often leave it to her to make the design, and will simply provide the color scheme I'm looking for. I emailed them on June 30 requesting that I needed the delivery date to change from July 7 to July 10 as they were staying out of town for the funeral a little bit longer. I was out of the country and only had access to my computer for an email. That's why I did not call however they do say to email with any questions and it was a Gmail address. Needless to stay the flowers were delivered on the 7th, nobody was home and I emailed them again the next day and they replied and just simply said they never got my emails and they appreciate my understanding. However, I did as I should and contacted them directly multiple names to change the date, I think I'm saying they never received. The emails isn't unacceptable excuse. I did everything correct and I gave them ample notice for the change now the flowers won't even get seen by the person they were sent to... they didn't offer any type of amendment and kind of just wrote me off... very very poor customer service and so bummed.

I stopped by Sweet Blooms Atelier when I visited Hermosa Beach last weekend. I had no intention of buying anything since i was just visiting, but just stopped by because it looked like a newly opened store and the shop looked very cute. When I entered the store, it was so beautiful and Jamie was there to greet me. She was just nice and professional, she answered every question I asked even though she was busy with making the arrangements for other customer. Her arrangement was so stunning, cute, and elegant! I couldn't really buy it sine I couldn't take it on the plane, but I ended up buying some succulents for my aunt who lives near by. She absolutely loved them!! Sweet Blooms is definitely a sweet and special floral shop in Hermosa Beach. The owner Jamie is so welcoming and knowledgeable about all her flowers and plants. My friend and I attended the Flower Arrangement Workshop last night! What a treat! I learned so much I never knew about choosing, preparing, and arranging flowers. I was absolutely in LOVE with the arrangement that I had sent to my son and his girlfriend! I live in Hawaii, so I'm not familiar with the local florists in the area.
