They renovated. There's new Maytag washers that are big for $5.00. The dryers are also new. The woman who works in the morning is helpful. They really changed this laundromat. The only downside is the rude man with the mustache. We saw him clearly open the front gate for someone and didn't open it for us. He made us go around. Told him to put up a sign if it was closed and not to be opening it and be unfair. read more

This place is so horrible people will steal your clothes if you leave it unattended. The lady that works the night shift fer chaves she was so rude l told her someone stoled my bag for my clothes she refused to help me out. Like how am supposed to bag up my clothes. Don't even bother coming in the morning they have this washing company that take all the carts and the machine. At that point I don't know why don't they close . Just be prepared to drag your cloths around the floor. read more

I used to love coming here and would always be recommending this place, everything seemed to always be working just fine, but recently there's literally a handful of the washing machines working. It's such a hassle having to wait for others to finish. I wish everything was like when they had just opened. Please fix your washing machines, you're loosing valuable customers over this. read more

Not my favorite place to wash, I can say that much. The laundromat is pretty big and has various washers and dryers to choose from. Unfortunately, most of the time a lot of the machines have blue tape on them stating they are broken all the time. The majority of people that wash here tend to be greedy with the carts. 99% of the time people grab a cart load their washers and keep the cart 'reserved' holding nothing but a plastic bag or their empty hampers when other people need to use them. This establishment should encourage or enforce letting others use the carts while they're not being used so others can wash comfortably instead of struggling to figure out how to transfer clothes from a washer to a dryer when the majority of the carts are not being used to begin with. This coin laundry mat is super expensive. It's a rip off. I literally have to go to my house because my son has to use the restroom because no coins. You have to use coins to use the restroom. 6 quarters to fully dry your close is ridiculous!! You are going to lose customers like that. I wouldn't be surprised if you start charging the entrance. Plus there's no carts. Don't take advantage of your customers. Customers are constantly taking it out on your employees and I have seen it for my own eyes. read more

I would give this a better rating, but the fact that they claim that they open at 7a.m and when you get their the lady says it isn't open until 8:30a.m it's outrageous. If your gonna open an hour and a half later you should update your hours, because other people have things to do then wait until they open the doors. The owner of this laundry never responds to this kind of reviews about the hours because they don't care. Go somewhere else guys. There are better laundromat around the area. read more

Ive been meaning to try this laundry place for ever, i get my tamales n birria tacos next to the laundromat and I figured...let me try this place out. Now, place is clean with numerous washers out of service with tags on them. Despite this i decided to try them out. I placed the amount of detergent fir my white comforter in the $5 machine because there were tooo many people using the other machines. I used a separate machine for the second comforter. Two machines for 2 comforters, a twin and a king sized. $10. The twin cane out heavy, not having been wrung enough...some suds. But the white came out in full soap, full of water. The water moved as i moved the sheet. Reported it to the attendant who immediately started to say I had used too much soap. Funny, I used same amount for comforters as i always do n both came out soaked. The machines are not spinning n rinsing long enough, all clothes need soap. And its a first that delivers soakjng dripping comforters. The lady called her manager who refused to issue refund. Before getting the response i had moved the item into another $5 washer, because it needs it one way or another. Its disappointing to come here and have a machine fail to work as its supposed to and pay $15 to wash 2 comforters. I felt cheated. How do businesses survive this way? I wont be bringing my wash here anymore, the machines are not working like theyre supposed to and once a faulty one is reported...i was told i had used too much soap!! I used the right amount each week!! I wash my comforters weekly!!! Never a problem, till today with this lady gaslighting me about how it should have minimal soap... instead of them reviewing their machines n fixing them accordingly... i wasnt issued a refund, just brushed off. Tge machine wasnt tagged as faulty either. Im now wasting more time here getting the comforter rewashed.‍ read more

This place needs to decide if it wants a laundry mat business or a fluff and fold business. 8:30 am and the doors are locked because they are still working on the overnight fluff/fold crap. ALSO they need a parking lot guard. Two food trucks park in front of the building so between the hours of 10:30am and 2pm THERE IS NO PARKING IN THEIR LOT. If the owner was smart he would charge them for parking. They(the people working & eating at these trucks) come in to use the restroom. I didn't drive here today and I'm still standing outside waiting for them to open. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!! They obviously don't need or want my business. It's a very clean laundromat. Laundry gets done fast. Clothes comes out nice & clean. Plenty of space to sit & wait. Lots of washing machines. Not too many of the large dryers, but a whole lot of the regular sized dryers. No free drying, but the dryers do the jobs really well so it's not a big deal. I washed heavy bedding. Only used 2 drying cycles only because bedding was just a tiny bit damp. Sheets were dry way before 1st cycle ended. Went on a Monday afternoon. Plenty of machines including the xxl load machines(there are 2) available. read more

While the machines and laundry mat are good, please have more security. My towel was stolen from the dryer. I guess someone spied on us and watched us leave. Once I got home I noticed it was gone. It was my special Teal hair drying towel so I really miss it. I really hate people who steal from others, especially from a disabled household. I should've gone back to review the security footage and make flyers outing that thief but had a trip out of state and wasnt able to. We dont need thieves in our communities. It's OK. Today however was something different. The last attendant left a sign on the laundromat's window that they would be back in an hour. This was before 6:40 am. The attendant or the one that was to relieve the last attendant didn't return until 8:00 am. The floor to the laundromat was dirty, sticky and with dog poo. Restrict the hours of operation on holidays if you want the employees to have time with their families. read more

First time here since I work all day and and in the area I live there is no 24/7 laundromats I found this one 6 miles away from me came to check it out at 430am found the place decent clean machines, well taken care of not smell like other places like old water.. attendant greeted me he was doing his job cleaning... I would recomend it not sure how busy it gets later but in the Am before 5 on the day I came was completely empty.... for all the reasons above I would say they deserve a 5 stars... am pleased with the place.. oh pricing in my experience is fair for what u come to... read more

I'm changing my review wishing I could use a zero. The washing machines smell. Soap dispenser in the washing machines aren't cleaned by the employees and old soap remains in the machine's dispenser. Since this location is not a 24 hour place anymore, I say this based on today's experience, the attendant is at least 5 minutes late everyday possibly she was today and is never here until she's done with her family and her partner returns her to work. I really don't care if men or women run/own this place, when I request a "hot" water wash, I want hot water not closer to cold warm water. If you need or want to wash your clothes in HOT water, go somewhere else. I went to location not far away on Whittier Blvd & Woods Ave. Now they have HOT water. Same price, very different temperature!!!!!!! And the washers smell. You have to use your nose and search for a clean smelling one. They don't clean the rubber seal around the door - yuck. Stinky. Been there late at night and it seems that people sleep in there car in the laundromat parking lot. If they allow that I suggest they put security because the people there looked like they where up to no good. They had loud music playing and smelled like weed.
