Highly recommended!! Made our first stop in Tulum here for brunch. Great service, great food, great drinks. We had the opportunity to have Jose (Cauich) as our server and he was absolutely amazing! We didn't feel rushed at all and had an overall wonderful experience because of him. All the margaritas are awesome, the seafood ceviche was amazing!! Wow. Is the one word I can use to describe Fresco's. This is a scratch kitchen with literally everything made without added sugars. My fitness hubby could not get enough of this place during our stay in Tulum. Fresco's is the hotel restaurant for Cabañas Tulum (where we stayed during our trip). Breakfast was complimentary every morning from either Frescos or Ziggy's (the sister hotel's restaurant next door). While Ziggy's was great for dinner we LOVED Frescos and looked forward to breakfast every day. read more

Yummmmmmy! My boyfriend and I stayed at Cabanas Tulum and they gave us free breakfast for the days we were there. When we first got to our hotel they offered us this one green drink that was SO delicious, and then they offered to pour alcohol in it for free!(score!) We literally drank these delicious green drinks the entire time we were there. When we added the tequila all we tasted was the drink juice as well. We got the Overnight Oats and Banana Quinoa man oh man! I normally don't like overnight oats, and they don't get me super full but this one was absolutely AMAZING! The freshness of everything, and the taste. It was just so delicious. We also got Toast Avocado Egg. That was SO delicious Probably the best avocado toast I've ever had. I would skip on the ceviches though. The only reason I'm taking one star off is that when we ordered on the beach the service was pretty slow... like reallllllllllllllllllllllly slow. Other than that everything here was amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! read more

Three of us went and had a fantastic meal. We started with just some guacamole and chips, everything was fresh, and delicious. We ordered some salads which were served in mason jars, a visually appealing and unique way to serve their salad which was fresh and crisp. We ordered several ceviches and all of them were amazing, best I've had in Mexico. We ordered various tostadas and all of them were fresh and delicious. The Tuna and the shrimp and black bean combos were unreal. Also, the beverages were all top notch. For three of us who all left STUFFED it was 500 pesos or so, one of the best values on the beach strip. The staff was friendly, inviting and explained the menu in depth. If you are looking for HEALTHY and FRESH food, you will not find a better value on the strip. read more

This place is delicious. Pure and simple. On our first day in Tulum we wandered into Fresco's and our eyes bugged out at how cool this little slice of heaven is. A bunch of simple tables, set among the palm trees and a friendly staff there to help you.The menu choices and the food served up is fresh and high quality. I loved coming here each morning for a fresh fruit smoothie and some kind of breakfast, whether it was a bowl of porridge, some avocado toast or something else their chefs had dreamed up. The french toast was memorable! I know lots of people might prefer a bigger breakfast at Ziggy's next door, but we came to prefer the friendly staff and quality food at Fresco's. Fresco's is one of the restaurants attached to the Cabanas hotel and one of the spots where you can get a free breakfast if you stay there. They have healthier options and lots of delicious smoothies and juices. The service is good and reasonably quick. All of the food items I tried were good and the portion sizes are bigger than in town, which makes up for the tourist prices. read more

Jose lured us in to trying breakfast here after we stopped by for a quick horchata break. He welcomed us every morning with a smile and and made every breakfast special. As guests of The Beach Tulum, we also had the option of going to Ziggy's next door, which we did once... just to come back to Fresco's. The name says it all: fresh. Everything was freshly made and flavorful. The aguas frescas in particular were my favorite. We also loved the yucca pancakes, the turkey sandwich, and avocado toasts. Surprisingly their small menu definitely delivered. I ordered the cauliflower ceviche, beet and cheese salad and energy and honey salad. They all equally had bold flavors. To my surprise I wasn't quite sure what I was going to receive when I ordered the cauliflower dish but I went for it. What I received was a vegan ceviche. The cauliflower was cut into small florets, perfectly diced to the size of the crunchy cucumbers, onions and juicy tomatoes. It was tangy, salty and oh so delicious the way ceviche should be. I'm def stealing this and making it at home. The salads came in large mason jars, quite the salad presentation. Both filling and a great vegetarian option. The beet salad had walnuts and cheese. The energy and honey salad had a sweeter dressing but the cheese cut the sweetness away. read more

Frescos has become my go-to spot for breakfast and lunch in Tulum. This place is a hidden gem. The food is all fresh, healthy, delicious and made to order. Probably best to not come in if you're in a rush since everything is made freshly in front of you and you might have to wait 20-30 min for your meal. But for us the wait was always worth it. The ceviche is amazing. The guacamole with tostones is delicious. The drinks (cocktails as well as the agua frescas) are delightful.
