The hype about Raw Love is totally justified. We went to the Tulum Pueblo location as we had some shopping to do in the town. The ambience is very earthy and hippie. The server was sweet and friendly. The service was a bit slow though as they only had one server and a lot of occupied tables. The food was out of this world!!! We tired the mushroom toast and the chocolate and berry smoothie bowl. Love the fact that this place is vegan. The mushroom toast blew it out of the park. They also gave us some habanero chili oil on the side. They also had some fresh coconut water available! They have a small apothecary shop in there where you can buy local organic and handmade stuff. Loved this place!
My first experience was nice here -- I had the acai bowl and it was very good and had fresh ingredients. I enjoyed the ambience with all the trees and the service was good too. During my second visit I had a smoothie which wasn't even cold. I didn't enjoy it at all. Tulum has plenty of other options for cold smoothies I'd prefer to go to over this spot.
Had a fantastic breakfast experience at this charming cafe right on Tulum beach. The ambiance made me feel like I was in a jungle, surrounded by greenery, with my feet in the sand while enjoying great music. We started with a fresh whole coconut, which was absolutely delicious. The vegan burger quickly became our favorite, while the açaí bowls--Açaí Berry and Tropical Kiss--were a bit too icy for our liking but still refreshing. The service was excellent, and the guy who took our orders was incredibly helpful. Overall, loved the vibe and the food, and I'd definitely return. Pro tip: If you park in the paid lot right in front of the cafe entrance, you'll get 50 pesos off your bill. Parking costs 200 pesos per day.
This place is magià (magic). At this current moment, I am relaxing inside on one of the plushy floor cushions, calibrating and just enjoying myself after a cup of their ceremonial cacao. The service is great, lots of dedicated staff who are passionate about their job! I was greeted with welcoming customer service and was able to choose a seat (the comfy cushion on the floor LOL). They have an extensive menu of energizing and sacred beverages, vegetarian/vegan food, as well as natural shots! So, onto that magical a** sacred cacao! LMAO. I have had sacred cacao before in Mexico, Guatemala, and also Costa Rica. Usually in the rainforest, this was my first time purchasing it. Let me tell you, it was just as magical as the times i've had it in the rainforest. Upon drinking it, I savored the rich and vibrant flavors and sipped slowly with each and every sip I felt healing and love. After I was done, I felt so at peace and relaxed. A feeling of everything is okay, and that even with any worries I have, i'll push through them. Here I am, 1hr later sitting here on the floor (comfy spot), still centering in the energy. I stumbled upon this place while walking down Avenida Tulum. One of the magical places left with the authentic healing signature energy of Tulum. Keep up the amazing work guys, continue to also bring soul into your work. This is hard to find these days, and makes this establishment special while standing out from the rest. Thank you!
As a vegetarian, I was really excited to see this place during our recent trip to Tulum. We were there for a bachelorette party and the 6 of us had spent the last hour or so chilling on the beach. Someone in our party was craving a smoothie and I had mentioned wanting to try a vegan place in the area so raw love seemed like a great choice. The atmosphere is very cute and staff were friendly. 2 people ordered coconuts. I ordered a Yerba mate latte (mate latte lmao), 2 people got a smoothie, another a smoothie bowl, I ordered the avocado toast, and GF ordered the maki wrap. Everyone enjoyed their food. My avocado toast was delicious. The maki wrap looked beautiful and super healthy, a nice departure from some of the other stuff we've been eating. It is cash only which is annoying. All was well until a few hours afterwards when GF became violently ill. Severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever. She needed an IV for fluids and meds. It's now 2 days later and she is STILL having diarrhea. GF and I have been together for 6 years and I have never seen her this sick. The amount of suffering she experienced shook me. Nobody should ever go through that, especially after PAYING for a MEAL. We were supposed to check out wedding venues for ourselves in Cancun but have had to cancel that. I have thought about this extensively before writing this review because it can be hard to pinpoint the cause of food poisoning and I would never want to accidentally accuse the wrong place. We were all eating in the same restaurant and a lot in our hotel. I ate every single thing GF ate, EXCEPT for this, and thank god I was fine. It could not conceivably have been anything else. This restaurant has ruined the last few days of our trip and our $600 a night stay in Cancun. Avoid unless you want your vacation ruined as well.
Best smoothies and smoothie bowls in town! Not cheap, but relatively affordable compared to other places, bowls are around $13 usd and smoothies like $10 usd. Everything on their menu is dreamy and we went several times during the course of our trip. The location right on the beach is unmatched. I loved their chocolate dream bowl and I will dream about it often. The perfect blend of sweet chocolatey heaven and packed on top with strawberries, cacao nibs, shaved coconut, banana, pumpkin seeds and other healthy toppings. 10/10 bowl. Also got their vanilla smoothie which was so thick, creamy and delicious. Great way to start your day!
The service is immaculate, and the ambience is like walking into a fresh forest! I highly recommend going and trying everything that they have!
I really wanted to love Raw Love ... it's a cute little spot with fun and whimsical decor on sand where you can sit and take in the warm weather and sun or escape in a bit of shade. They have a good menu to choose from from smoothie bowls, hot dishes like soup to sandwiches. Ordered the Avocado Toast and Cream of Herb soup and a fresh coconut. The only thing worth nothing was the Avocado Toast which had an amazing buckwheat sourdough, topped with avocado, sauerkraut, sun-dried tomatoes and watercress. So light and satisfying and the flavors were all there. The Cream of Herb soup on the other hand was lukewarm, bland and lacked seasoning. Visually appealing, but very underwhelming. There was no distinguishable flavor to this soup and the seed/grain toast served on the side was dry, yet sticky. Pricing is steep here and as mentioned by other reviewers, be mindful of the conversions along with extra fees. For the 3 items, my bill ended up being around $30 USD.
Feel good about yourself after eating here. Perfect to rehydrate and add more nutrition to your diet to give you energy in Tulum. We both had smoothies as well as shared an avocado toast. The Avocado toast was quite unique with slaw on top and they use a ton of avocado! We were also blessed with a large coconut which you can ask them to cut open when you are done drinking so you can enjoy the meat inside.
Goodness. This place was so delicious! Everything we had here was phenomenal. I had the train wreck which was surprisingly well put together and gave me the energy i needed for the day. In fact, it was so good that we had to return on our last day to really sample their entire menu like the açaí bowls and two more drinks (including the train wreck round 2 and adding CBD to it). Maybe it was a placebo idk, but it just really hit good and left me feeling very, pleasantly, satisfied! Highly Recommend.
This place is a 10/10! I was excited to eat here as I researched vegan places around Tulum before even landing lol. The food is VERY yummy & fresh! The staff were all very sweet (as they are everywhere in Tulum). The avocado toast is a must! You gotta gotta gotta get it lol. I thought to myself this is probably the best avocado toast I've ever had!! And that speaks a-lot. I was staying more closer to in town so I ordered stuff to go for later haha, I got the black bean burger w potatoes & key lime pie the waitress suggested. All 10/10! Lol if I could just eat here everyday for the rest of my life I would. The location is beautiful. Next time I'm in Tulum I will stay on the beach just for this place!!!
Raw Love serves the love! My sis and I came here every day during our stay, and multiple times. The food was on point each time--full of flavor and quality ingredients. Plus, you get to bask in the glory of the ocean only steps away. The people working the kiosk keep it real--so refreshing in such a touristy area. And if you are warm with them, they reciprocate fully. On our last day, they prepared our food while we swam. Then they waved us in when it was ready. I'll miss them. Raw Love was on my list to go for Tulum because of the iconic entrance, and because I love plant based foods. I got there around 8:30 and there was a line of 5 people waiting to take a picture with the entrance. Do not let this fool you into thinking there is a line for the restaurant. Raw Love was a little hard to find after the entrance, and we had to ask for directions. It's not far; there are just no signs. We ordered an acai bowl, which was really good. I loved all of the toppings. Overall I would come here again. By the time we left at 9:30there were about 15-20 people waiting in line to take a picture so I suggest you come early.
I visited the centro location in June 2026 & can certainly say that Raw Love Cafe is more than just a hipster haven--it truly lives up to its name, with an extensive menu of delicious, feel-good dishes. I was especially impressed by the eclectic yet tranquil atmosphere, complemented by a charming selection of locally inspired souvenirs. The Chocolate Dream Superfood Bowl was a standout, and the mushroom toast was equally delicious. Zucchini pesto noodles were alright. Beyond the food, I really appreciated Raw Love's eco-friendly ethos and the sense of purpose behind the space. I hope they continue to spread the love, keep their doors open, and make a positive impact in Tulum for years to come. read more
Such a lovely spot! I visited in April and got the Tropical Kiss bowl with papaya, and it was incredible - fresh, bright, and exactly what you want after a warm day. The surroundings are beautiful and the shop itself is super cute, with a nice little selection of gifts and handmade goods to browse. Two small heads-ups for fellow visitors: if you sit on the lower level, bring a little bug spray - there were definitely a couple mosquitos hanging around. And on parking: I was able to leave my bike in the lot across the street, but a couple days later I was told that's not actually allowed, so maybe don't count on it? None of that took away from a great experience though. I'll definitely be back! read more
Lucky enough to have been staying at Maya Tulum hotel since this Rawlove is on the property! Great quite place to start your morning at. The chia seed pudding was perfect you can just taste how fresh all the ingredients are! They have lots of other options that i am sure are quite delicious as well! The vibe is very laid back and the employees are friendly plus English speaking. Menu is also in Spanish and English. They do also have a location in downtown Tulum, but this one is my favorite! read more

Honestly, more of a 3.5. The açaí bowls here are good, but definitely US prices. I ordered the açaí bowl which came with lots of pumpkin and sunflower seeds--which was a nice touch since most places do granola. However, I don't like coconut flakes and it was $1 USD to replace it with peanut butter. We found shredded plastic in our bowls, so I couldn't finish mine. Strange for a place that promotes less use of plastic right? The server was nice enough to ask if we wanted our bowls remade, but we said no and took the discount instead. Service here is in general pretty slow. Cash only! read more
Raw Love is INTENSELY Instagram hyped. If you're going to Tulum and you look up places to go, chances are you'll see Raw Love, with it's iconic masterpiece entrance. What you won't see is the LONG line of people waiting to take a picture here (we skipped this) and a somewhat maze to find where Raw Love is actually located. I got an açaí bowl and the toppings were tasty and unique. I would give it a 4 star for originality but the base wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped. However, I have to deduct a star for the pricing. Given Tulum is a super touristy place, you would expect the conversion rate to be precise. When I came here recently it was 20 pesos = $1 USD. HOWEVER, at Raw Love, they write the conversion on the board and decided it was 17 pesos = $1 USD, not a huge difference, but I appreciate honesty... and because of this, my açaí bowl was a little pricier compared to other bowls around the area. read more

I frequented Raw Love more times than I should admit during my trip to Tulum. I absolutely loved this place! I visited all the Raw Love locations during my trip as both my friend and I began to count on Raw Love for its quality, consistency, flavor, and service. In terms of food, I can recommend almost every single one of their smoothie bowls (a couple pictured below). I also enjoyed their matcha latte with oat milk and the avocado toast with beets (a perfect combination of flavors!). Great place for breakfast, a pick-me-up, or lunch! So much vegan goodness! In terms of service, the staff are friendly and attentive. They all speak both English and Spanish, are open to customization, and don't talk about you behind your back. In terms of location, the locations I went to had slightly different vibes, but were still picturesque and cute. I highly recommend Raw Love to anyone who visits Tulum! You'll be amazed. PS: We ended up coming back before we left to get some Raw Love T-shirts. They only take cash, but be sure to ask-- somebody can track down the merch (totes, short-sleeve tees, and long-sleeve shirts) for you! read more

Raw food at its finest- we had the zucchini alfredo, Maki roll, and chocolate dream smoothie, which was so delicious with chunks of date and cacao nibs. Truly nourishing food that will leave you feeling satisfied but not stuffed! The combination of flavors was on point for the alfredo and roll. There weren't a ton of people when we went there around 11:30 am. The ambiance is very nice- tucked away from the bustle of the road and lots of spots to sit in the shade if it's a sunny day. read more

Some friends and I had a lovely visit to Raw Love this morning. We each got a smoothie bowl and they were all sooo tasty! Our server was kind, spoke english and spanish, and we also got to experience some moving live music, an unexpected bonus. Vibes were great and we felt encouraged to stay for as long as we wanted read more
The best little shack on the beach serving the most scrumdiddlyumptious smoothie bowls! We opted for the beach, but they have another location steps away inside the Ahau hotel with a much bigger assortment of tables, chairs, and hammocks to lounge in. We started the day with the berry smoothie bowl and it was filling and delicious. We split one and it was only 200 pesos to start the day on a good note. 5/5 read more

Loved it here! We grabbed bowls 3 times on our vacation. All were supper delicious and well made. I loved the açaí berry bowl and tropical kiss, my bf enjoyed the chocolate dream with peanut butter added. They charge a fee for using a credit card which is a bummer but with the fee the total was about $16 US per bowl. Although they are located at the Ahau they are not part of the hotel so we could not charge them to our room. They were hearty and ingredients were fresh. Staff were friendly. We were even able to get ours to go in our last morning so we could get to the airport. I must check out spot! read more

The restaurant is located near the beach, cute but with a lot mosquitoes. Please note that there is a $5 fee per person to enter that sculpture lady. The food was average. Also be aware, When we received the bill, a 20% tip was suggested, with "OPTIONAL" hand written next to it. We paid in cash, but if the tip is optional, all the change should be returned and customers should be able to decide how much to tip. read more

I mean what's a trip to Tulum without visiting Raw Love? You have to take your obligatory photo at the entrance and then make your way inside to enjoy a smoothie. Service was super friendly. Everything is vegan friendly and gluten free, except for about 3 items on their menu, which they point out to you. I ended up ordering a Frappuccino and my gf ordered the Tropical kiss. When our ordered arrived, we both enjoyed what we got but liked the others' more, so we decided to switch lol. Thank god for friends like that! The smoothie was so delicious and though there is ginger in it, you cannot taste it at all. So I love you get the extra health kick out of the drink without having to sacrifice the taste. The Frappuccino had a strong cardamom/cinnamon taste but I still enjoyed it. I would for sure come back here next time I'm in Tulum. I do prefer their selection over Matcha Mama's, which I also visited. The vibes at Raw Love are just everything too. Oh and another thing worth mentioning. My gf and I biked here and were super confused as to where to park our bikes. The bike parking is directly behind the wall to the right of the entrance. Not where the rental bikes are. There's a little nook past the entrance where people lock up their bikes to trees and park their motorcycles. It was a little confusing as different guards were telling us different things. read more

This place was honestly pretty bad. I HATED the vegan "pizza" I ordered below; it was hard as cardboard. Their smoothies and açai bowls didn't quite do it for me either. I think it's because I asked for them to swap the coconut milk for almond milk and exclude the coconut shavings, and they just... didn't. No consideration for allergies or anything?? Do yourself a favour and go to Dr. Green instead. A resort it's in is nice though. read more

They have the fame of having the best bowls, and they live for the expectation! Their bowls ARE the best! During September, the restaurant by the beach closes (for holidays), but they keep a small stand with a reduced menu by the beach, selling only drinks and bowls (a few dishes, too), so keep that in mind when visiting during this month! Prices are high, like everything on the beach, but at least you'll get a nice meal. The service is excellent, super friendly, and helpful, and the ambiance is COME ON; eating a bowl by the gorgeous Tulum beach feels like a dream. We got the açai bowl and the Maca milkshake bowl (this last one is a MUST). About parking, there is a spot in front of the hotel entrance, and it costs 200 MX pesos for the day. read more
For breakfast, we went into the small resort beach town for the day. There is only one Main Street with boutiques and resorts. We got breakfast açaí bowls at Raw Love Tulum. The signs kind of not guide us in the right direction but we found it. It was a cute outdoor hut that served açaí bowls, breakfast foods and drinks. cute tables, chairs and benches. I usually like my morning teas or coffees to be hot, but it was way to hot and humid. The sun felt like it was just glaring down on us. I ordered an iced matcha green tea latte. It was sooo refreshing and cooled down my tummy and insides. Healthy Belly. Papaya, ginger, tumeric, passion fruit, banana, coconut milk. We ordered two of these because all of the girls were intrigued by it. I'm not sure if we waited too long to eat it because by the time we did touch the bowls, it seemed to have melted? Or it was always meant to be all liquid from the start because now that I look back on the menu, there was no mention of ice. All of the bowls tasted similar, more or less. They were all topped with the same type of fruits but had some different key ingredients such as chia seeds that would change the texture of the bowl. Avocado toasts. Pickled red bell peppers, sundried tomatoes, avocado spread. The avocado roasts were amazing!!!!!! The bread was freshly warm and crispy from the toast. There was a generous amount of spread. The creamy white sauce was very decadent and tied all of the vegetables together. I ate three of these in fact! Pros: -beautiful scenic tables, chairs, stools, benches, a variety of wooden furniture outdoors makes the ambiance very beach and friendly -fast service -good service. The girls were nice! Had breakfast here one morning and it was very peaceful. The staff was all very friendly and tended to us in a timely manner. The seating selection consists of tables w/benches and tree stumps and could reasonable accommodate a party of about six tops. For breakfast I started with an energy shot which came out and tasted fine. What I was really here for was the açaí bowl! All of the ingredients were extremely fresh and the bowl had great presentation. My suggestion would be to come here if you want a nice and quiet breakfast right off the beach. It's located about 5 minutes from the Tulum Jungle Gym so this is a great option before or after a good workout. read more

We found ourselves hopping between fresh and green vegetarian meals and classic Mexican feasts of tacos and homemade tortillas. The jungle-like atmosphere and raw veggie menu at Raw Love was a perfect pairing for a hot day on the beach. Unfortunately, the location doesn't get much air circulation or breeze but luckily, there was plenty of shade. My friend and I ordered the zucchini Alfredo with sun-dried tomatoes and walnuts along with a quinoa veggie dish served with ribboned carrots and fresh avocado. My walnut zucchini pasta was incredibly tasty and filling. I was surprised by the generous portion of walnuts on the dish. Note that this was one of our more pricey meals during the trip. Next time, I would probably order the food and enjoy it in there beach chairs if allowed to make for a more breezy and comfortable meal. Our server, Kiki, was fabulous! read more
