Wow! This company doesn't skimp on the excellent customer service! It starts from the moment you call the office. Gracie was so helpful and informative. She was able to give me a quote right over the phone. They even replace all the air filters as part of the service. I had my vents cleaned in a different house before, by a different company, and now I know I was completely ripped off. :( Danny came a few minutes earlier then scheduled, ready to work. He explained everything in detail and even did more then I expected him to do. After cleaning all the vents he asked me if I where doing to replace all the covers, which I was. He kept all the covers off and measured them for me as well! I'm not easily impressed but when you receive great service like I did you have to give it the credit it deserves. He worked quickly and efficiently, and I enjoyed our moments of banter talking about family and home ownership. This is a family run company, that is celebrating 20 years with their business! I had just had a new dryer installed and my dryer still was not drying. I new it was not a problem with the dryer since it was brand new so it had to be something with the vent. I had searched Yelp and came upon Fresh Air Duct Cleaning. I reached out to them for information. They answered back within a few minutes and gave me a quote and luckily had a appointment available that same afternoon. Had the pleasure of working with Danny the owner and he was prompt, courteous, and was wearing his mask as recommended in this time of Covid 19. He started to clean the vent and much to my surprise the vent was full of water which had been building up over the years in the lint that was in there. He was able to clean this out and flush out all of the water. Cleaned up the work area and put everything back the way he found it. We've had Danny clean our dryer vent twice in the last 3 yrs and has done a great job. He is honest and courteous and is careful moving the dryer around to get to the vents. It's been 10 years since we've been in our home and decided to use his services for cleaning the entire vents in the house. It took 4 hrs for all of our vents to get cleaned and afterwards he showed us the dirt buildup that our normal air filters could not get. Absolutely first rate! They called me within minutes of sending a request through Yelp and scheduled both my house and my parents' home two days later. Danny was on time, professional, thorough, friendly and went above and beyond. I had a new gas dryer delivered at the time he was cleaning my ducts and he moved the old dryer when the delivery guys wouldn't. Since he is "gas certified" he hooked up the gas dryer himself at no additional charge, saving me $149 in hook-up fees. His work is top notch! The air in both homes is better. With less dust and newly sanitized vents, I already feel like I'm breathing better. He checked my dryer vent and my chimney and never tried to up charge me. This is a family-owned & operated business -- which I'd always rather support than the large corporate ones -- and they clearly know what it's like to be on the customer side of the phone call & service. They price by the vent, so there are no surprises: you know what the charge will be before they get to your door. Danny was polite, courteous & friendly; he did an excellent job -- using a wonderful smelling lemon cleaner on the vents -- giving me complete confidence to turn on the central air in the house where I'd just moved. I'd decided to take advantage of the small discount on chimney cleaning if they're already at the property, but Danny inspected the chimney -- at no charge -- and informed me that it was clean! And I'm locked in at the per-vent price I paid, so even if their price increases, they'll charge me what I paid! Danny did an AMAZING job thoroughly cleaning out the air ducts and dryer ducts on a home I purchased. The house was never well taken care of and having allergies and kids, I wanted everything to be squeaky clean before we moved in. Danny was completely honest when it came to having to replace floor registers because the existing ones were so bad. I ran to Home Depot to purchase all new floor registers and Danny installed them for me. The price is excellent for the work they do. Look no further! I found Fresh Air Duct Cleaning through requesting price quotes through yelp. The reply and correspondence from Fresh Air was almost immediate. They had the best pricing on dryer vent cleaning that I was requesting. When I scheduled the service, they gave me a time frame between 2-4 and I received a courtesy call 20 min before my appt time to confirm that he would be arriving at 2! What Service! When Danny arrived, he was very professional and open to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. He even cut off the excess dryer vent hosing and secured them back after the service with clamps (versus what we had previously which was aluminum tape) at no charge. He left the work areas cleaner than when he arrived! I appreciate their professionalism and will be using them for any of their services.
