After he looked at my HVAC on March 4th, Farzad said he would write up his report and be back in touch in a week. After I didn't hear anything on March 12th I reached out to my home warranty company for an update. They advised they needed a report from Caspian Mechanical and advised they would reach out to him. Again, I heard nothing so I reached out again on March 19th. They said they had been trying to reach Farzad, but had been unsuccessful via phone and email. I asked to escalate the matter and after still not hearing from Farzad, the repair request was reassigned to another contractor on March 20th. Tough month for my family with temperatures near 90 for an entire week.
