And they were SO incredibly nice. Heidi the owner is one sweet woman who definitely cares for her customers. They didn't even clean my items and it still took them forever to get back to me. Please consider using another service or have your restoration company figure out a different solution otherwise you could lose your items and be a month and a half behind schedule like me! She was rude and seemed to be annoyed by me, so I said, "it seems like you are frustrated with me, if you were in my shoes, wouldn't you want to pay the price you were told?"
