Water heater doctor came in and replaced it with an identical water heater. Part of why we chose them was that they preferred that brand (Bradford White). Installed competently with lots of double checking and explanations of everything. They resisted *my* suggestions for upselling, explaining why that was not needed. I called a real estate friend who sent me to Rainbow plumbing. He came out, found two leaks and repaired them BOTH for $650!!! I also own an Airbnb so recommended Rainbow to the owners group.
