Told the lady that cut my hair was either not listening or language barrier but she completely botched my hair. After realizing she messed up and what wasn't a mid fade and just a number 1 on the sides she kept saying "it'll grow back in a Week'"and "still a clean cut" for which it was not. My husband, adult son, and I stopped in for their hair cuts. We have heard good things about this wonderful gem from my other son and a family friend who have been coming here since they first opened. We were greeted right away by the Barber's as we sat down. The kind lady Barber shaved my son's hair --he wanted a buzz cut. She asked if he would like his eyebrows trimmed and he said yes. She also used a massager to massage my son's back. Everything they did he loved and thanked them for. My son has autism and she was very good with him. She asked if he would like a shave and he said yes, so he switched over to another nice Barber who had finished shaving my husband's hair. He did a really good job of shaving my son's face. He used warm towels to prepare his skin because they shave old school with a straight edge razor. My husband's hair was shaved and cut as well as his eyebrows were trimmed. The Barber's are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be returning as the attention to detail and the welcoming nature of this business is first rate. We were given three dark chocolate candies after I paid for my son's hair cut and shave--it made it sweeter. The Barber Shop is tastefully decorated and the colors are soothing. Came in Wednesday at 12:10. One barber, no other customers. Sit in the chair, don't even have the cape on when another customer walks in and says he texted another barber that he would be there at 12. Barber looks at her phone. No messages. Barber asks me to get up... seriously?!? Even if he had scheduled it, he was 10 minutes late and you should never ask a customer to get up once seated. I left without a haircut... I'm not giving my money to a shop that treats customers like that. I had been going here every 2 weeks, the cuts were decent but I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Went here while getting my new tires put on next door. Wish that I didn't go here. Bill told me he didn't need to use clippers to do my cut, and used scissors nearly the whole time. I ended up with a bunch of hair completely untouched, some uneven bangs, and a sloppy neckline. Besides the bad cut, this place is fairly over priced for a simple fade at $18 before tip. read more

Horrible they said they can cut all hair and have multiple pictures as examples and still got it wrong honestly wouldn't recommend going here if you are black due to them not knowing what they are doing. I have dreadlocs and this guy LEE pushed my hairline back about 2 inches and now my whole front row of dreads are hanging half way off. It wouldn't be a big deal if I hadn't been growing it out for 5 years already so yea I will be confronting him as well as everyone else in there if they have a problem with me telling them to learn how to actually cut hair. I shouldn't have tipped him nothing either I just had to go home and actually take a look and see why my forehead was way bigger. Like these are so called professionals ruining your hair and not caring he didn't even show me the front of my hair because he knew he messed up. There was no way he needed to go that far up with all the extra hair n room he had. These are the type of barbers that don't own up to their mistakes he should've know he messed up and not charge me as well as ask for tip. So I just moved to the area and was looking for a new barber. Saw all the great reviews on this place and figured I'd try it out. I showed the lady what I wanted done to my hair. Medium skin taper fade on the sides and an inch off the top. She gets done with the hair cut and shows me. She didn't even fade my hair. There was a distinct (not even straight) line in my head where she went from skin to a 1. And then she wasn't even going to fade my beard into the cut. So my beard literally just ended, not touched at all. And then on the top she didn't even try to blend my hair with scissors. She just combed the front down and cut it. So now my hair is F***ed up. My husband came in to get his beard trimmed. It was almost like a spa treatment with a massage at the end. It looked great and at an unbelievably reasonable price. Great for families and they even have services for women including eyebrow threading. After seeing how awesome a service he received I'm interested in trying it out for myself. Set up appointment was told to wait in the parking lot and call before appointment because of the covid crisis all was fine till I showed up and called immediately was told to wait 5 mins and I asked if they were going to come out and let me know when I was next and didnt get an anwser only just being told 5 mins so 10 mins go by and I walk in and the lady at the front doest say anything to me except sanitize telling me she had to spray me with rubbing alcohol on my face and clothing and when I asked why she said she had to and what was I being afraid of? spraying it profusely around the air taking my questions as jokes when I said she wasn't going to spray my face she continuously joked with her co-worker and she kept asking me what I was afraid of I was not told of any type sanitizing spray that needed to be done before I got my haircut the ladies were highly unprofessional and took my concerning questions as jokes would not recommend to anybody the place is a joke it's self read more
