BEWARE. NOT ONLY DID MY HAIRLINE get pushed back but it got pushed back UNEVEN ...the line ups are completely uneven and embarrassing there is NO blend from the top it goes from almost skin right to the top hair, this man brags about cutting hair for 11 years and cutting famous peoples hair but cant even preform a simple skin high fade & line up on my beard which is above my jaw line on one side and hairs not even shaved on my neck. The pictures speak for themselves. It says on door $25 for cut and shave but i get charged $30 ..After i showered and realized the severity of how awful this haircut was I went back in the next day because they closed so i could get a explanation FIRST thing in the morning. The barber there first in the morning (a different one) was kind and understanding and recognized the many mistakes and saw CLEARY that it was uneven and that ruined my hair but where this all took a turn is where i was told to wait for the owner ... and this piece of garbage high ego douche bag wannabe in his slow bmw eventually came in . Mind you i was nice polite and tried to be calm in explaining my frustration the whole time ...but instead of giving me any type of sympathy or trying to figure it out all i was met by smart remarks saying "IT DONT LOOK UNEVEN TO ME!" & "which barber said ur haircut was uneven!?" getting ANGRY at him calling him out FOR BEING HONEST!! He continued to say he doesnt know what to tell me because it looks straight to him and it looks fine... As u can see VERY clearly it was lined up horrendously and my hairline got pushed out. I said to him he needs to be honest with himself to run a barber shop and i was kicked out... Hes a chump. Good luck to anyone who wants to play the lottery by going here. read more

Well.. Ive only gotten 3 barbers to do my hair and 2 of them were great. Love getting my fade done with them (been to this barbershop around 15 times already). Although, one of those 3 doesn't seem to listen when I tell him to cut a little bit of the top or to not line me up. He cuts a lot which it doesn't turn out bad but its just not like my type, also I don't like my hair to be lined up but he does it also. Overall, its a great place read more

I take my son here and I've had nothing but good experiences. I'm always able to get in and out in a timely fashion. The haircuts are always good and they keep the environment professional. I have been to other places in Tucson and they blast all type of profanity with my son there. read more

The shop is clean and they are organized even when they have a lot of clients. As for the haircuts I got, they were pretty bad. The first time I went there the guy cut my hair in 7 minutes! This included the time he took to shape my beard. He gave no effort. I paid extra to have my beard lined up and he didn't cut the neck portion. While I was in the chair he talked about how much money he makes at the shop, it was obvious he focused on quantity and not quality. The 2nd time I went there I had Jeff cut my hair and it was great. He cut my hair for a few weeks and he was fantastic! He no longer works there, so I had someone else cut my hair recently and it was awful. I wont be going back. read more

I love this place. I take my son to see Jazz, and Shane. They are patient with me, and my 4 year old son. He does well in the chair, and they never disappoint with a good fade and edge up. My son always gets complimented after leaving. read more

The first thing that caught me regarding this shop was that it's promoted as a "Christian Barber Shop". The closest thing that signified this truth was that it didn't allow any profanity (which is the reason I gave it at least three stars). The stylist within the shop seem to be "Okay to Solid" regarding haircuts. There's one person in particular that micro-manages the cuts; making sure the lining, fading, and etc is done professionally and not like an amateur (not necessarily a bad thing but a noticeable thing - what if the person isn't there to do that?). My biggest takeaway is the music videos. I've come to the shop several times and the music videos that are being played is displaying half naked women, (strippers), drug promoting, and etc. This is totally opposite of my views when thinking about the lifestyle of a Christian. There's some dope Artists & Christian Artist out there with good messages in Hip Hop and R&B, (ex. Lecrae, Bizzle from God Over Money, Bryaan Trejo, Heesun Lee, and others). The space is clean, bathrooms are kept up well, and there is a level of professionalism from those within the shop. Just be advised that your children may be exposed to soft porn from the videos, and that you may have to have some hard conversations that you wasn't necessarily ready to have. Some of the music is in Spanish, but when you see the videos it's super obvious what the music is talking about. If the shop addresses these issues, it can easily become a 4 or 5 stars. read more

I used to bring my son here because he the guy who cut his hair was patient and was understanding of my sons anxiety of getting a hair cut cause one time before coming he had been cut at a different shop. Things were great for the most part. for being a Christian Barbershop the music at times was inappropriate but could look past it cause most of the time they had sports on the tv and they guys themselves were great. The issues started when they started to close early. I live near Cholla HS and would drive into town just so my son could go here cause he knew the barber and was familiar and comfortable with all of them. well the last 3 or 4 times that we went to get his hair cut they closed early by a sold 2 hours at most 2.5 hours. this was extremely upsetting. was when I walked up to the door stuck my head in to make sure they were open I go to my car to get my son off and I walk back and the door was locked and the sign was off. when I had mentioned that i was just in there and they would cut my sons hair just to get turned down not 30 seconds later was enough for me to find a new place. Stay open for the hours your sign has on it how can it be that hard. i get that sometimes it can be slow and you wanna go home to your families but that's unacceptable and what's worse is they would do it when Jazz the owner was there and he was ok with this. Highly disappointed customer, the barber (sits in the last chair but use to sit in the first chair) tried to rush through my hair cut, I had to request to get a lather which is standard in all barbershops and put the cherry on top he totally ruined my beard. I have made the mistake of stopping by here a few times because it's near me. I had mid long hair and I told the barber to trim my hair and make it look nice, I was not aware that meant leave me bald in barber talk. By far the worst place in Tucson. I don't like going to barbers so they can mess up my hair. They are supposed to be professionals and know how to deal with all types of hair I don't need someone practicing on mine, that's not what I pay for. read more
