The shop is very responsive when it comes to booking, and they have a great selection of skilled barbers, which makes it easy to find someone who fits your style. Every visit has been professional, efficient, and high quality. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the attention to detail really shows in the final cut. One heads up: they stay pretty busy, which honestly speaks to how good they are. I definitely recommend booking an appointment in advance so you can lock in your spot. Sergio is the GOAT, finally get a good haircut after 22 years looking for a good place

I walked in and was taken back right away which was good. But that's about the only good thing about the visit. My barber was Frank. He was terrible. He barely spoke to me at all and the whole time he was cutting my hair he was talking to the other barbers joking, talking shit which isn't that big of a deal but it was actually pretty annoying and I felt it was really unprofessional. The other barbers were annoyed with him as well. His breath was TERRIBLE. It just made it an uncomfortable vibe overall. He was very distracted the whole time and didn't seem to put much effort into my haircut. He spent maybe twenty minutes on it. I told him I wanted a fade and only a little off the top. He proceeded to cut over an inch off and left it way too short. The fade was average at best and the trim on top was very uneven. I had to trim it myself when I noticed it after I got home. He messed up my cowlick and made it stick up the most it's ever been. It looks goofy. If you go to this place do NOT get Frank. Overall it was a bad experience and I def will not be going back. read more

First and foremost, this place was open when most others were not (Sunday). That alone make would make this a place I would consider coming back to. What's more, though, is the staff was welcoming and helpful, providing great cuts in decent time; not too hurried, not painfully slow. My barber, Roushan, was a quality guy who made sure to check in and double check that what I was asking for is what I was truly looking for. The end product was awesome and their prices are perfectly reasonable. The place was clean, had ESPN on their numerous screens, and had lots of barber stations so I'm sure they can get down to some serious business during rush hours. They carry Johnny B and Suavecito hair products. I said I would consider coming back for their hours alone but I'll definitely be coming back because there's a lot more going for them. read more

My issue is not with the haircut its self. The cut was good. However, once the job was done he said he charges $35 for appointments. My problem with that is the sign that has the prices says $25 for haircut and $5 if you make an appointment. I know it is only $5 but they should change their sign, take it down or charge what it says. read more

I wrote a review two months ago about my first time to the barber shop and had a barber named Gil who gave me probably the best haircut of my life. I went back a week and a half ago and got a haircut from some guy that had short black hair but it was dyed blonde on top and had the WORST haircut of my life. I have literally had people ask me if I was going through chemotherapy. Not only did he cut it too short, but it was so uneven, I have patches of bald spots on the sides and back of my head that are so embarrassing that I am wearing a baseball hat. When Gil cut my hair, he probably took about 15 minutes and was very meticulous, this time, when this other guy cut my hair, he literally ran through it in about four minutes, and most of the time he was looking elsewhere and not where he was cutting. read more

Ok so my mom asks me if I want to get a haircut and I say yes! I need to get cleaned up nothing more, and so we call gentlemen's edge and I ask " do you think I can make a reservation please?" And the man says there is no one here you can just come and I said ok I guess??? Then when I get there is a three person line and so I wait for around 20 min then a guy I have never seen working there takes me in and I say " hello can I get a 8 guard on the sides and half an inch off the top"? And he seemed confused but said ok and started cutting my hair and after a while he said "what do you want on the sides"? And I just said " can you just clean it up it's a little shaggy"? And he said " well do you want a circle or square or what" and I said square because when my mom would take me to super cuts she said to do a square. So while doing it he said do you want a taper instead? Note he never said he would take anything off the top just what I requested. And I said " I haven't had that before" and he said "that's what 90% of people get" and I said " will it look good?" And he kinda just nodded. So I said ok I guess and then he started shaving my head and I told him while he was shaving not to take too much off. He said ok and he kept going and at the end. He shaved my hair almost to a 3 or less and took a little more than an inch off the top showing my forehead. I have been here a couple times but now I won't be coming back. I am in middle school and I got made fun of because of my hair. They were saying "did the barber cut your hair blind folded or something?" So I do recommend this place if you want to get completely disregarded. read more

These young men cut hair and talk fantasy football. That is all. I felt like I was back in that locker room in junior high. My barber was so distracted by the conversation that i was quite surprised to see a fairly decent haircut in the mirror. He talked to ME twice. First he stopped his monologue to ask "what are we doing here?" He did give me a few seconds to explain what i wanted and then off again on another ff monologue. The next time he spoke to me was when he ran my card. He asked what I wanted on the card. I asked "how much is a haircut?" He said $20. I said "put that on the card". Had appointment yesterday at 11:00 AM with Randy arrived at the barbershop at 10:55 AM. Randy had someone else in the chair and said he would be right with me. Twenty minutes later I was still waiting. During this time Randy was constantly checking his cell phone which was on the self behind him. Went in for a simple cleanup which turned into the longest visit i have ever had at a barber. The younger girl they just hired took more than 45 mins for a simple clean up, as we watched people who came in long after with much more complicated haircuts come and go. Her timing was terrible. Came to a barber shop to get a semi quick professional cut, not to be practiced on by someone new. Overall my haircut was too short and unfixable and my line was way off.Will not be returning. Nor recommending this place. We might as well of gone to a cosmetology school to get the same quality of a cut. It may have been better in fact. read more

I called this morning around 9:30 am and made an appointment for my son for 5:30 pm, my bad I didn't get the guys name that answered the phone. My mom took my son to the appointment and when they got there they said no one had an appointment with him. Wtf? Really? My son and mom are waiting there for a good 40 minutes and no one says anything or even apologizes for their miscommunication with the other barbers. So very unprofessional. What they should of said was, I'm very sorry for the miscommunication, you're more then welcome to wait for the next available person or I can make you an appointment for another day. I went here based on all the hype on Facebook over this place. I wanted something done that I felt a salon didn't have the patience for, which is why I came here. The cut I got was a pompadour undercut. It turned out alright, but there were a couple of things off about it. In some areas he left the hair too long and didn't go back and fix it, so it was sticking straight up (I had to correct it myself at home) and, I literally had to tell the barber to scissor cut the top of my hair because he was basically going to leave it untrimmed and multiple lengths so it looked very sloppy. I'm sorry, but when I'm coming in for a haircut, I expect my hair to actually be cut (and I had made it clear before that I did want it scissor cut on top). Plus, it was dirty in here. Nobody bothered to clean up the hair, and their combs were left in the disinfectant so long that it began to eat away at them (so the combs had uneven, sharp edges) and every time they combed my hair it tugged at it. Also their disinfectant wasn't even filled up all the way so the combs weren't even completely submerged, therefore not properly sterilized. Needless to say, I won't be returning and I don't recommend this shop. read more
