Fresh Donuts is and has been my favorite shop since I was a little girl. This is one of those spots that you know has worked extremely hard to provide the service and goods for the community they serve! As a local I can't just recommend one thing but my go-to order is always a vanilla iced coffee and ham & cheese; please try it for yourself!!!! Come early to get the most fresh products. Parking is never an issue here, there are plenty spots that surround the shop with accessibility options to get in as well! They have a few tables inside if you want to sit and enjoy your food but most people opt to simply grab and go here. Love this place and will always come back. read more

I went to try their boba and it was way too sweet. Mind you, it took them more than 10 minutes to make two drinks that tasted like sweet milk instead of the flavors we wanted. This place is way too overpriced and overrated. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt since I live nearby, but safe to say I will not be coming back. Not only that, but they were rude to another customer who complained about her coffee being watered down. Instead of accommodating for their watered down coffee, they blamed her for ordering it since "Our coffee is not the problem". I recommend Christy's Donuts in Hacienda heights instead, they have much better service and prices. read more

The delicious baked products are always the best quality and super fresh. The service is always polite, helpful and professional. The atmosphere is very laid back, cozy and welcoming. You can really tell that the pastry chef and the staff place a great deal of effort and care int what they do, their business and the products that they sell. This is the reason why Fresh Donuts is one of the most popular places in the area. We are so happy with their products and services that we decided to incorporate them into our wedding event. The donut table was a hit with our guests and added a sweet treat during coffee hour. Everyone was asking where we found the gourmet and specialty donuts. If course we said "Fresh Donuts". They look closed on the outside but I'm happy to say they are open! And they are delicious! My daughter said her whipped donut with strawberry was one of the best tasting donuts she's had. My son got the strawberry banana smoothie and it was so good. The donuts were fresh, fluffy and thick, they tasted fresh. I ordered a strawberry tea and it was very refreshing on this hot day. The service was great, we were greeted right away. The woman was friendly, she smiled a lot at my kids she made them feel comfortable, asked what they wanted. I appreciated her patience with my kids. I've using the EV Chargers at this location on my way home and I decided to grab something sweet while I waited for the charge to complete. It about 5PM and there wasn't much selection left. They did have the Old Fashioned donuts, which is one of my favorites, so I got a chocolate one. It was about average sized compared to your chained shops and it was a couple of dollars ($2 I believe). It was good and hit the spot. I should come back during peak hours to see what selections they have. Just an FYI - and has no implant on the review: Make sure you're aware of your surroundings - there's a few folks just roaming the parking lot and yelling at folks for no reason. read more

First time coming here we got the breakfast burrito and half dozen donuts. Great service but food fell short. The breakfast burrito has a weird porky taste it was inedible unfortunately. So been coming here for years!! my aunt worked here in the 60's when it was Winchells! it didn't disappoint then and even though it has changed owners & names over the years. it never disappoints now. the sandwiches are a must try. and the doughnuts have come a long way from the Winchell Days. I can't even explain how grateful I am to have found this donut shop! I needed custom donuts for Easter Sunday and Reached out to them the Friday before , I worried I didn't give enough notice and they wouldn't not be able to help me, BUT they took my order! The communication with the manager was amazing. They were so helpful and very responsive. I can stress enough how much I love this place. This was my ABSOLUTE go to for my donut needs. I introduced this place to my hubs and he fell in LOVE with their muffins...the absolute best! He liked the chocolate chip muffin but I preferred the banana nut ESPECIALLY when they're fresh out of the oven... OMG. They aren't dense and more fluffy like cake. OMG I'm getting hungry thinking about it. My favorite donut was their peanut butter and jelly...it was made out of a glaze donut, cut in half and with the PB&J in the middle. Yum! I also love their shakes and their taro milk tea. The best! Erica is my girl there! She is super friendly and because we became regulars, she always welcomed us like we were family. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I can't get enough of their Oce coffee with the coffee cubes. OMG! They have a croissant breakfast sandwich too, that g** damn is too good. They're smoothies are really good too and them donuts. Been going there for like a year and haven't been disappointed. The pearl and gold leaves donuts are special ordered, so they actually don't sell them at the store. At the store, they only have basic donuts, so any designs you see in the yelp pictures aren't there. Not sure about the taste because we didn't try any. Plenty of parking. read more

Nothing really to complain about this place. Their sandwiches are so good, the drinks are good, they have plenty of seating, great service and relaxing ambiance. If you have a hangover they have medication ready for you. They also sell canned zero sugar sodas and snacks. Their boba's are great. Of course the doughnuts are delicious. Have always gone in to order ice teas, smoothies, Boba drinks, all very tasty and freshly made. This morning we went in and saw they had sandwiches for lunch and breakfast as well as a breakfast burrito. Well we got two ham and eggs with cheese croissant and a breakfast burrito. Brought them home and open the sandwiches and the burrito to eat.. The egg in the sandwiches were so fluffy fresh, a nice slice of ham and the cheese on the freshly made croissant OH BOY. But that's not all. The burrito OMG, fresh chorizo, egg, bacon and cheese on a fresh flour tortilla. We can't wait to try their other sandwiches. So glad they have been serving this community. Hate to do this to a small business but i'm disappointed. I took the drive here at 2am for some "fresh" donuts and i've never had more stale donuts in my life They didn't have much variety most likely because it was the middle of the night but how are you gonna call yourself "Fresh donuts" and serve them stale. We got half a dozen too so they all ended up going to waste. And they also melted as soon as he put them in the bag? Wasn't a good experience and it sucks cause I had high expectations for this place. I also ordered a a hazelnut coffee and that man filled half my cup with hazelnut creamer. My coffee wasn't hot when served to me and i'm assuming because of the creamer so I was drinking a cup full of room temperature sugar. Not good at all. The man did give us an extra donut which i appreciated but since they were stale, we didn't end up eating any. Disappointed to say the least. read more

Bahn Mi My Tho is my top pick for Thit Heo Nuong or Grilled Pork Bahn Mi. The pork was perfectly seasoned with a delicious lemongrass flavor, was slightly sweet and very tender. The addition of peanuts and green onions adds additional complexity while the fresh and pickled veggies offer the perfect balance. Banh mi were out of this world delicious! They took it to a whole different level. It was the lemongrass flavor that made it golden. Bread was light and crispy. Tons of meat with fresh veggies. Claro's is the Real Deal for submarine sandwiches I usually get 2 when I'm there. I get the pre-made ones out of the refrigerated showcase they have different kinds so you just have to look at the sandwich and decide what's best for you. Oh don't forget that Claro's is closed on Wednesday open for 6 days out of the week.

I remember really liking it, but for some reason we hadn't been back in a while. This week my husband couldn't stop talking about wanting an Italian sub, and Frumento's immediately came to mind. We drove down and ordered the '58 Classic and another tuna sub, both as combos. The sides absolutely stole the show. The purple cabbage was so good, the coleslaw wasn't my personal favorite but my husband loved it, the four bean salad was absolutely mouthwatering, and the marinated mushrooms were also delicious. I'm genuinely so glad we have leftovers for tomorrow because I'll definitely be thinking about that bean salad again. We'll absolutely be back!
