I recommend their plain bagel and cream cheese and an iced coffee - both always extremely fresh and delicious. I've catered multiple early morning events with their donuts (always 7-10 dozen donuts) and they're always a hit! Clients always compliment the donuts and say they taste great and are nice and fluffy. If you're planning on catering give them a call 2-3 days in advance so they can prepare and they do require payment up front which is totally understandable.
