Frank was very nice over the phone and offered to see if he could have someone come in the next day to help us out. I was very thankful. We have a 1,500 square foot house. We asked to have them be sure to do the kitchen and our two bathrooms. We put a time limit on it of 6 hours and we were expecting to have most of the house cleaned as it was empty. They were unable to fully clean the kitchen and/or bathrooms in the 6 hours. If 3 hours were spent in the kitchen and let's say 1.5 hours in each bathroom then I expect them to be immaculate! This was not the case. The lazy Susans and the drawers were still dirty as well as the floor. The refrigerator and oven seem to have been cleaned but that looked like it. In the bath the tile was still dirty on the floor and my husband had to pull a huge amount of hair out of the tub drain. When we contacted Frank he said it all didn't get done because we put a time limit on them. I just don't understand what they spent 6 hours on? We definitely didn't feel like we received $330 worth of cleaning. I'll add pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen for size reference as well as pictures of what we found. The manager, Misty, is a nightmare to deal with. She would never answer the phone when I would call the office. She was also very lax about responding to emails. They even had a male employee who had terrible body odor. It was offensive. He would go from room to room, and the smell would stay in every single room. Kind of defeats the purpose of cleaning! They also left mold in my master bathroom shower because they did not properly scrub the shower walls or floor. They would not dust my home correctly. I would always find a lot of residual dust, and it seemed like my furniture was not being polished. The cleaners would also be cleaning while talking or texting on their cell phones, which in my opinion is extremely unprofessional. 2 of the cleaners were sisters, and they had an argument in my home while working.
