Got to try this last night for the first time. I also haven't been to a buffet in years. They had a promotion where when you become a member (this is free) you get 50% the buffet. So my husband and I got to go in for $47. Pretty great deal. I feel like my memory of buffets is a funny smell sticky tables and food that is just edible. This buffet however was not that at all. The service from staff was great as I would expect from a hard rock venue. Someone is always coming by to clear the tables and get you drinks. (Coke products, teas and coffee are included). What's nice is it's not a crazy amount of options but what's there is good. The most memorable things we ate were the tacos, Brussels sprouts, salmon, corn bread (really loved that), General tsos chicken, dumplings. The seafood was seasoned deliciously. And the salad bar was super fresh! You can even make yourself a poke bowl. And I loved the desserts! Lots of sugar free options tooo which I appreciate. The gelato is really good. Hubby and I were anxious to try this buffet. We headed there for lunch on the Tuesday before his birthday for a pre-celebration (because we were heading out of town). I guess because it was a weekday afternoon, there wasn't any line or waiting for a table. It was $34.95 plus tax each. And they asked for the tip at the register. I don't like to tip before I receive service. I leave a cash tip on the table under those circumstances. Nevertheless, our waitress, Camilla, was cordial and served our drinks and cleared our dishes as fast as we could put them aside. She definitely earned her cash tip. There are several different areas. I liked the bread bar (great cinnamon raisin crisp, corn bread, and Hawaiian rolls), the poke station (seaweed salad and fresh avocado and mango), the shellfish area with crab claws (I loved these, even though they were bland) and shrimp (well seasoned), and the dessert station. The Asian area had a few mediocre dumplings and dry fried rice. The Italian featured a Chicken Marsala that was a chicken breast with some mushrooms on it, no sauce. I am not a big red meat eater, so the steaks didn't impress me. In fact, most of the meats were a bit too salty for me. The salmon, however, was tasty and tender. The desserts were plentiful with a sugar-free selection. The white chocolate macadamia cookie is one of the best I have ever had. The passion fruit gelato also was superb. The buffet is A plus! Great selection... Brunch has breakfast selection omelets, waffles, turkey, pasta station, Chinese station, American style station that includes Mac n cheese, mash potatoes. The brunch does include unlimited mimosa. We tried dinner this last Friday. I would say it was good. They have a meat station so there was no Turkey. If you don't mind standing in line for almost 2 hours before eating, then you will like this place. We took turns standing in line and found seating nearby. This is a buffet style restaurant at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino which attracts many, many people. It offers seafood, steak, Asian and Italian food. There are many different desserts to choose from also. It is crowded and loud but comfortable. We special ordered the lobster because the price was right. Apparently this is a very popular selection and sells out quickly! We were able to get ours just before they were sold out. Let me tell you, they were perfectly grilled, fresh, and delicious!! They were the highlight of dishes there. The rest of the dishes were just average tasting, I'm sorry to say. We obviously didn't taste everything there so I'm reviewing only what we did eat. We had mussels for an appetizer but to us they had no flavor and were dry/rubbery. We have tasted mussels at many places around the world and these needed some help. We had the Crab Rangoons and crab legs and those were good. The mashed potatoes were good. The dumplings and other Asian appetizers were ok. The desserts were ok but could've been sweeter. I've been seeing this buffet all over social media so decided to give it a try. It's located inside the hard rock and although it may seem like parking would be a headache we went to the garage and found plenty of parking... for free! We came on a Friday around 1:00 for lunch and there was a 30 minute wait which went by fast. The inside Is very clean and very big. There's 7 food stations to try different cuisines from. I wasn't that impressed with how the food tasted and I think it could have been better but it wasn't horrible. What is cool is that they have dim sum and you can create your own sushi. The staff was friendly and approachable. Great music was playing in the background. We came here on Thursday lunch with no lines. We tried to avoid the long lines so, came here around 12:45ish. Line went longer after 1 and I would say closer to 2pm, lines get longer and they were waiting awhile. We asked right away for the lobster special which they have and I would say they are pretty sweet and juicy. Great for the price 3 for $25 Really great buffet with variety of food selection: Bread section, American section (steaks, pork tips, chicken...), Italian (pizza, pasta, stuffed shells, shrimp scampi..), Asian section (crab Rangoon, Bao buns, dim sum, fried rice...) What a find ! Went to the Seminole Hard Rock when my daughter visited from out of town. Fresh Harvest is fairly new and it's really good. The price was 39.99 per person and we were there on Lobster Thursday. 1 lobster is 10 , 2 lobsters are 18 and 3 lobsters for 25. The lobsters were good. They had many stations including steaks , Chinese food , sea food including shrimp , muscles and crab. The food was great, service was great, the place is new and clean. Soft drinks were included. I visited this spot a month ago for dinner at Harvest and the line was so long that I thought I'd come back for lunch. On Wednesday afternoon, there were only a few people ahead of me, so I got seated in about 15 minutes. I was a little worried because many reviews mentioned salty food, but that wasn't the case for me. My favorite was the DIY poke bowl, and the thoughtful details like fried shallots and sesame seeds were great. I was surprised to find kimchi fried rice, so I decided to try it, and surprisingly, it tasted authentic and delicious. I didn't get to try the Italian section because I ran out of time, but the pizza looked very tempting. My other favorite was the skirt steak; it was cooked perfectly, medium-juicy, and tender. First time back since they reopened in October ( I think). Not sure if it's the same name as the last buffet here that closed in 2020. Anyway, decor is the same as I remember and the food stations are the same but the food is much better. AND they have unlimited mimosas. For 45 bucks you get a variety of seafood (including stone crab claws and legs), steaks, dim sum, a variety of Asian foods, omelette stations, breakfast fare, desserts and ice cream. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service was also good. Our server was very attentive and took our empty plates promptly. We got there around 5:30 and there was already a decent line but we were seated within 15 minutes. Our waiter Jonah was quick to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean and well lit up - and busy! On to the food! Our previous experience left much to be desired but this time - not a single complaint. I started at the meat and American section. The galbi short ribs were tender and full of flavor. The New York steak was also perfectly cooked and paired with the smooth and creamy mashed potatoes. In the Asian section, the honey gochujang wings were out of this world. I can't usually tolerate much spice, but I kept going back for more. All the dumplings were really flavorful and fresh. Finished the night with a taste of all the small desserts with the vanilla panna cotta being my favorite. After this visit - we will definitely be back again! read more

My wife and I decided to come to the hard rock Saturday evening to have dinner at this location then to play a little in the casino. To start we lasted 45 minutes standing in line to get charged to then be seated. After the long wait we got seated and got up to serve ourselves in the buffet. On the first time serving myself i served prime ribs, New York steak and they looked and smelled amazing, when tasting the food it was very SALTY. I thought it was only mine but asked my wife about hers and she replied with the same answer too salty. We got up and went to serve ourselves for the second time, the garlic knot was salty, the shrimps were salty, and I could not believe that all the good stuff was passed with salt. I don't know if that is a tactic that restaurants use for people but this was the worst dinner I have had in years. The couple next to us also shared their thoughts with us and the gentleman asked me, sorry to interrupt but is it me or all this food is salty? I answered "it's not you buddy, the food is high on salt" This is not good for the consumer and specially for people with high blood pressure. It's a decent American buffet with some nice Asian dishes added. I think there are plenty of options for everyone and pretty much everything I ate tasted pretty good. Food was constantly rotated to keep fresh quality. Steak, chicken, salmon, pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, asian dim sum dumplings, cold seafood bar with crab claws, mussels and shrimp. Soups and salad, I enjoyed the poke bar with raw salmon. Oh and great bread bar. And how can I forget, a giant dessert selection with so many different pastries, cakes, cookies, and gelato. I tried it out a couple of weeks ago and wasn't super impressed as they were ironing out a few kinks as expected. I came on Friday at 11:30 when they opened. The place was as nice everything was fresh and clean. They have so many different stations of food, definitely something for everyone. If you use your unity card you get 5.00 off so make sure you show that. We tried little bit of everything. The food was all really good the only thing that wasn't was the soup it was just meh and some of the dessert but you can get fresh ice cream, macaroons etc. They have nice variety of of soft drinks and juices , coffee also included. This buffet was excellent. There are always expectations but overall the whole family enjoyed it. Stand out items were the course mustard and the vanilla gelato. The 8 year old loved that there is pizza and that soda was included. The desserts were delicious. Dolores was attentive and available whenever we needed. The furniture and decors are a bit outdated but that's not why people eat here. If I would have to find one point of criticism it would vector breads. They were kind of stale. I don't think there is any other buffet in South Florida with this level of variety and quality. I'm not sure of the pricing because we're unity members and usually get discounted pricing so it always feels like a bargain. But seriously, from start to finish this buffet has so much to offer and each thing I've ever tried was not just good, not just great, but out right excellent! In the salad area they have this tomato and onion medley that is an explosion of flavor. In that same area they have grana padano Parmesan cheese. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find good cheese like that and not spend an arm and a leg on it? The hot bar area is comprised of grill items, Italian, Asian, etc. the steaks in the grill area are unreal. They're so tender and juicy. I even like the meatballs from the Italian side. The Asian choices vary and while I haven't tried the dim sum it looks very fresh. Lastly the dessert is incredible. The food and service was good, but very disappointed to find out from our waitress that we only have an hour an half to eat and that we had to leave because our time was up! $150.00 for 2 people and 90 minutes to enjoy whatever you can is not worth it! When we first arrived, we were politely greeted and directed to our seats within a couple of seconds after arriving. The customer service was on point during our visit as we were greeted by multiple staff to ensure that we were enjoying our visit. Once our drink orders were taken, we started off with the Salad Bar and Chilled Seafood Station that included mussels and snow crab claws that are already cracked for your convenience. I am a big fan of poke bowls and was excited to see that there was a station where you can create your own poke bowl. I give the poke bowl an A+++. It was very flavorful especially when you add the spicy mayo as it had a great kick to it. There are many options including an Italian station, Asian Station, American Bounty Station, Dessert Station, etc. If you are a fan of cheeseburgers, don't pass up on the cheeseburger bao bun from the Asian Station. It was absolutely delicious and tasted just like a cheeseburger. The dumplings were also delicious. If you have a taste for some steak, visit the American Bounty Station where they provide you with freshly grilled New York Skirt Steak. When I say it was delicious especially with the chimichurri sauce, it was delicious! A few of us at my table went back for seconds because the New York Skirt Steak was so delicious. Although we were stuffed, we could not pass up the dessert station. I am a huge fan of key lime tarts and lemon meringue tarts. They were absolutely delicious. I love the fact that they are mini desserts which gives you the opportunity to try different ones without getting too full. I will start by saying, Yes it was rather expensive. Then I realized that for the variety and quality it was reasonably priced. Servers were on point and kept both my water glass and (free) Mimosa glasses filled. The service was great both at the tables and the serving lines. Seafood, Italian, Mexican, Traditional Breakfast, Carving Station, Bread Station, Salad Station, Dessert Station... They had just about everything one could imagine. No one will hungry here. The area is spacious and the tables are not too close together so there is plenty of room to get around. It was somewhat noisy, but conversation can still be had. Overall, I have to say it was a very good experience. Husband and I aren't big eaters, so we may not have gotten our whole $50 worth, but for the variety of foods I was very happy. read more

I hadn't been to Fresh Harvest since before the pandemic. I understand they closed for years. It was a wonderful surprise to learn that it reopened in November and it's better than ever. We had to check it out. There is something for everyone at Fresh Harvest: poke bowls, tacos, pasta, salad, dumplings, amazing desserts (that look like art) etc.... The only bad things were the clam chowder and chicken parm. Meatballs were meh. The skirt steak and NY strip were both very good. Cooked well, tender and flavorful. Shrimp scampi was great!
