I was excited to finally get my interior fully detailed but upon further inspection realized that there was places in the car that still were left untouched like the driver side visor and some dust in others areas. That wasn't a big deal, but unfortunately when the seats were finally dry, they did not dry evenly and ended up looking like stains. Frank did an amaaaaaaaazing job on our car. It hasn't looked this clean since the week we got it. The seats look brand new. The sides of the seats are made of this magic fabric that permanently bonds to dog hair, which I have tried to remove many times with vacuums, tape, special dog hair removing brushes, and tweezers and barely made a dent. Frank got 99% of it off. I feel like I should take a shower before getting in the car. I'm fragrance sensitive so I have been airing it out since the cleaning products bother me a bit but it's still worth it to roll back 8 years of dirt and dog hair. He got all child-related stains out of the interior and most of the dog hair out but not all. Incredibly convenient, but they are terrible at scheduling. Had our appointment moved a few times. Then when they arrived they were super cool and nice guys. However they did a super meh job for the price. We paid for detailing expecting the nooks and crannies to be clean. We got a BASIC vacuuming and superficial wipe down and a decent exterior wash. Then a few days later all of my carpets turned brown and the car smelled horrible like mildew. They were kind enough to come back out and fix it but it took two more sessions with multiple moved appointments to get the carpets to an okay place when they weren't very dirty before we ever called them. Really nice guys, but not worth the money unless your interior is GROSS. read more
