I've been looking high and low for an auto detailer who is reasonably priced and does perfect work. Noztick is that detailer! I had some water stains on my hood. Freddie and his partner came out, gave me an incredible wash and removed the water stains. It was kind of a mini detail. My car was sparkling. Do not use this company. They charged me $340 dollars for a detail and ruined my interior tint on the driver side door. (I apologize for previously writing over $350 when my assistant just confirmed it was $340 total) The tint was chipped throughout the entire bottom and middle of the window and melted in the top corners. I have never seen anything like this. They did not clean the interior of any other windows after ruining the driver window which looks like they ruined the one, noticed, and proceeded to ignore cleaning the interior of the other windows and windshield as to not ruin them like the driver side window. They said they would cover the tint because of the damage but then one day later said they are not covering it because it was probably my fault because I didn't notice for a week and a half and probably chipped it during that time....... I didn't even know you could chip tints like that. I have never had someone ruin a tint and I have NEVER personally ruined a tint. I was out of the country for work and my assistant had them come wash my car at my facility. No one drove the car after it was washed until I noticed the damage when I returned from overseas. It's really sad how people don't take pride in their work anymore. To be blamed for it on top of it is unacceptable. Do not use! No Integrity. read more

There is a car wash by my house that can do the same job for a lot less than. Yes, my car was clean but I was not impressed. For a detailed service, I expected it to be spotless (aside from stubborn marks). They don't provide an air freshener. It is convenient for the services to come to your home, but I also don't have a problem going to a car wash that can do the same thing for a lot less. I inquired about getting a detailed service for my dads car, never heard back. Wouldn't request services from them again. read more

I highly recommend Noztick Auto Detailing. From the moment I requested a quote they were very responsive. I had just purchased my used 2009 Volvo S60 with almost 200k miles on it and it needed a complete detail. The previous owners had neglected the car somewhat but you would never know after Noztick's team took their time to do a thorough detail. They even restored the headlights which had yellowed over time and cleaned out the spare tire well which had collected debris. Sprinkler water spots were removed and the paint looks bright and new again. They even erected a tent over the car to do the paint work in the shade out of the sun. Detail work on the interior removed crumbs and debris from cracks. Carpet and leather look fresh again. If they can do this for my 13 year old car, they will no doubt impress you. read more
