      My brother has used this service and his dog comes out clean and super happy! Today, I decided to give my dog a change to try it out. The prices are reasonable and the service is professional. Glad they were able to accommodate a last minute addition! Melissa is very attentive, knows her services well, is a great listener, and the dogs just love her. Her calm presence definitely influences the dogs behavior. I love it. Will be seeing you on a monthly basis!

      We love Fresh Paws Mobile Spa! My fur babies are always taken care of. We always get what we ask for, my dog gets her ears and pink tail once in a while and we love it. We just got a kitten and she was very professional and really nice to introduce him to his first bath. Priscilla and her team are very passionate and very friendly, super highly recommended! My fur baby gets really excited as soon as she gets to my house so Skye and Leo really highly recommended!

      Today we had the privilege to try fresh paws mobile spa and they did not disappoint , June got her 1st real grooming session today and Priscilla was so patient and kind. She really explained and gave me advice on how to properly treat my fur babies coat!

      Best groomer ever!!! Priscilla really takes the time to know your fur baby and make them and you feel comfortable. My husky is the most dramatic thing ever but she sure does love those blueberry facials. I couldn't recommend her more. You can tell she truly loves what she does and she cares deeply for all animals. Side note: if you have a dog with bad anxiety I highly recommend you consult with Priscilla. My sisters dog has the worst anxiety and she took the time to make him feel at ease and now he loves his spa days.

Since we first met, she was so gentle and patient. She never rushed us and answered all my questions. She truly has become an extension of our family now. We look forward to our regular appointments.       My pup absolutely loved Melissa and had a great experience. She did a great job! I highly recommend. I have 2 dogs and only one had services done this time but will definitely be using Melissa for both dogs. She is super friendly and accommodating to your dog's needs. I'm very pleased.

      I absolutely love this woman! I trust her with always taking good care of Nala and making sure she is safe and treated well. Nala is a very hyper and wild dog she is super friendly and has lots of energy. Priscilla knows how to work with her and keep her distracted while grooming her. I truly appreciate her for the patience and always treating Nala with love and care. They really have your pets best interest at heart. They love animals and care for them with all their heart. I have been going to them for over two years and never have been disappointed. I am happy I have found someone to be able to bathe and groom Nala at the convenience of being at home. Super clean and neat mobile van. Has treats for the pups if needed.

      Priscilla is Amazing!! As a groomer, friend, consultant, and human being! She genuinely cares for all her animal clients, and their well being. She always makes sure to communicate any concerns she may notice with your pup (and cats). She is knowledgeable and can help work through your pups needs. She's also very patient with hyper, timid, etc, pets! She grooms, Itty bitty to the biggest pets! I have 5 of all sizes that she cares for! She also donates a lot of her time to help rescues and the pups rescued!! Prices are great too! Definitely compete with Petsmart prices, without the worry of leaving your pet behind, in a cage until it is their turn, and not knowing what goes on when you leave your furry friend. Priscilla will leave her door unlocked, and pet parents can check in at any time! She also cares what products she uses on her pupstomers and always aims for the best quality, and specific needs of each pup!

        Fresh Paws Mobile Spa didn’t officially start until 2022. I’ve been grooming a little before the pandemic. I got laid off and my mom taught me to fully groom. The pandemic set off our business. I’ve been officially grooming for almost 4 years now and love what I do.

      I brought my dog a few times to this grooming location in 2024/2025. Nothing wrong with telling us that, because that's just what we did! We wanted him to be desensitized before he came back. The few times I brought him in, all the experiences were good! So much so I'd gush over how good he looked after grooming and how he looked well taken care of. He'd come home happy and maybe take a little nap. So, I decided to bring him in again recently. Same service as before, nothing different. The most I waited for my dog before was 3 hours (but I was given a heads up by the groomer that they were busier the day he waited for 3 hours, so not an issue at all). My dog was there for about 6 hours. I dropped him off in the late morning and he's wasn't ready until the later in the afternoon. I called to check in after a few hours, but was told her was in rotation to be finished soon... No one gave me a heads up about it maybe taking a while when I dropped him off. When my dog finally was able to come home, he was super dehydrated, immediately needed to use the restroom and was just lethargic overall (never an occurrence in any previous visit at this groomer or at any of the other previous grooming locations my dog has gone to). The stars given are only because of the positive experiences I had BEFORE the most recent one because I genuinely enjoyed bringing my dog here and this would've been a 5 star place for me. But based off my recent experience, it was not a 5 star service. I didn't recognize anyone there, (granted it had been a little while since we had last brought him in), so I'm not sure if they have new staff. However, I unfortunately don't want to put my dog through something like this most recent experience again.

They just asked to take my dog in the back and then asked what I was here for. the staff were friendly but each staff had different definitions when it came to full grooming, the person who was the actual groomer clarified so that helped. I did warn her my dog had skin tags all over the body and to be very careful when you do the cut. I also mentioned he is a very nervous boy so to mindful of that. They finished in two hours as promised. I came to pick him up and they told me they nicked one of the skin tags on his arm but took care of it right away, grateful for the honesty. It was interesting, the staff was speaking to me as if I was a returning customer and told me my dog did better this time around. I think they got me confused with a different customer as I never been there before. A few hours later I noticed on the top of my dogs back, where there is quite a few skin tags, a few spots were bleeding! I know it's hard to cut around the skin tags but almost every big bump he has was bleeding so it was a little frustrating to take care of it. I don't think I'll be coming back but I appreciated the service.

Juno is dog-reactive, which can sometimes come across as aggression, but anyone familiar with reactivity understands it's really about overstimulation, limited socialization, and the need for patient, one-on-one care. Because of this, I haven't been able to take her to a traditional groomer. I happened to see their mobile truck while on a walk and asked about pricing for my reactive shepherd. Ricardo was very understanding, gave me a reasonable quote, and was even able to fit us in right after his first appointment. From the start, he was calm, patient, and gentle. He let me stay nearby to help Juno feel more comfortable, which I really appreciated. She was timid at first, but he took his time earning her trust and worked at her pace. When it came to the dryer, he introduced it carefully and explained that he didn't want to push her too far or undo the trust he had built even if that meant she wouldn't be fully dry. That meant a lot to me. It's clear that Ricardo has experience with dogs like Juno and truly understands the patience and care they need. Both Ricardo and Paco were communicative, kind, and made sure Juno's first mobile grooming experience was as stress-free as possible. I'm so grateful to find people who genuinely understand that some pups just need a little extra reassurance and compassion. Thank you both for taking such great care of my Juney!

They really got comfortable playing with the other dogs and loved the owners. 10 out of 5 stars if I could!!! We dropped Posie off around 2:30 PM for Day Camp. Around 3:55 PM, I checked the daycare cameras and noticed that she was nowhere to be found in the large playgroup area that we had paid for. Concerned, we contacted the facility to ask where she was. Initially, we were told that Posie had been placed in a holding area while staff handled transfers and departures. Later, a supervisor called us and explained that because Posie is "rambunctious," she had been separated into holding crates while staff completed other responsibilities. During the conversation, he stated that she had been there since arrival. This was frustrating because it meant our dog had spent a significant portion of her daycare visit separated from the group without our knowledge. Had this been communicated to us, we could have made an informed decision about whether daycare was the right fit that day. What was particularly concerning was that it appeared Posie's situation was only addressed after we noticed she was missing from the cameras and contacted the facility ourselves. While we were still on the phone with staff, we observed Posie being brought back into the play area on a leash. This left us wondering whether she would have remained in the holding area even longer had we not checked the cameras and called. When I expressed concern about how long Posie had been confined, the supervisor focused on correcting my estimate, explaining that because her drop-off was at 2:30 PM, she had "technically" only been there for about 90 minutes. The issue was never whether it was 90 minutes or two hours. The issue was that our dog had spent a significant portion of the daycare session separated from the activities we were paying for without any communication to us. What made the explanation confusing was that Posie has attended daycare here multiple times, and staff had always given us positive feedback about her interactions with other dogs. We had never been told she was disruptive, difficult to manage, or unable to participate in daycare. The first time her behavior was presented as a concern was after we discovered she had been separated from group play, which left us confused by the sudden change in messaging. Another part of the conversation that left me frustrated was when the supervisor told us that it seemed the facility was unable to meet our needs and suggested that perhaps this was not the right place for our dog. We had not yet spoken with management, nor had anyone attempted to address the concerns we were raising before suggesting that we take our business elsewhere. This also brought back concerns from a previous daycare visit. On that occasion, Posie came home with a wound on her leg that our veterinarian indicated was consistent with a bite or tooth abrasion from another dog. Thankfully it was not severe, but the skin was punctured and required monitoring. We were never contacted about the injury, and when we asked staff about it afterward, we were told there was no report of any incident occurring. That previous experience was one of the main reasons we stopped bringing Posie here for several months. We eventually decided to give the facility another chance because she enjoys socializing with other dogs and hoped the prior incident was isolated. Unfortunately, after this most recent experience, many of the same concerns resurfaced. Another concern is the overall level of supervision during busy periods. During our recent phone call, staff repeatedly described the environment as chaotic and explained that they were managing multiple responsibilities at once. As a customer, that left me wondering whether there are enough staff members available to supervise the number of dogs present while simultaneously handling transfers, cleaning, pickups, and other duties. Finally, during the last two daycare visits, Posie was returned to us completely soaked and smelling strongly of urine. We were told that staff regularly clean and mop the play areas, but both times we felt the need to bathe her immediately upon arriving home because of the odor. I am currently waiting to speak with management and hope these concerns are taken seriously.
