The lady was very nice to schedule me an appointment and was very helpful by squeezing me in the next day. She is the first person who treats my dog with care when it comes to his groom appointment and I will be making this my permanent grooming spa for my dog. Thank you very much for your kindness and patience for my dog who deals with anxiety!

Thank you Doggi Dogi for such a great first time experience!! Mila was in and out within 1.5hrs. It helped that we scheduled the first appt, I think. Super clean facility. Owners dog is 16+ years old and roams free around the spa. He/she looks well taken care of and like a puppy! Tells you a lot about how they care for dogs. $55 for full service (glands, nails, shampoo, everything.) Since it's summertime, we wanted a pretty short cut but always worried about razor burns. Short, soft, and even a cute tail trim! They did an excellent job!!! We just found our new forever groomers.

Our covid dog's first haircut at a professional place was worth the $50 cost! He's a 5 lb toy Maltese who is scared of everything! We were worried but they did such a great job. On top of that, they are super friendly and patient, and answered all my questions. I've visited other locations where they get annoyed with the questions and don't seem to really like dogs or their jobs. You can tell this place really cares about the dogs like their own. We are coming back for sure! PS. They also provide boarding services. We may check them out next time we need a place. :)

Again, I was on the hunt for a new dog Groomer the last dog Groomer left lots of hair in between her toes and burned skin! . I'm so thankful I found this place. They cut my Kitsy's hair excellent and trimmed her nails short and she looked really cute after! I highly recommend this place. They do an amazing job. read more

I understand that prices have increased over the years, but as a loyal customer for 4 to 5 years, I truly believe that the quality of care and professionalism provided makes it worth every penny. I have chosen not to take my dogs to Petsmart or Petco because I want the best for them, especially since they can be quite anxious. I've been coming here for a few years now and the past few times I noticed my guy came back with a small cut on his neck. The first time it happened I just assumed he moved and let it go. This last time he came back with another cut which has now turned into an infection from scratching and a $600 vet bill. As much as I liked these nice ladies I won't be going back. read more

Nice short summer cut for my Westie. Lovely they had an available appointment last minute, and close by when my usual groomer was booked solid. Groomed to agreed upon photo reference at a very reasonable price. They only groom 30lbs dogs or less, but my 18lb little defender of the realm was well within their criteria. Extremely reasonable rates. I have no idea where my scruffy unkempt cutie went, but a sweet smelling, clean and sharp, tidy looking creature emerged after a prompt text notification. My friend thought she was someone else's dog at first! :) ApplePay, which is always nice and very convenient. read more

I just moved to the area so I decided I'd try this place for the first time... bad idea. Maybe doesn't happen to every one but my dog came home with flees and still had dry poop on her tail. I it's been a nightmare trying to get rid of the flees. I paid around $80 just so she can come back worse. I called to inform the owner to be more careful next time. Now I'm paying extra to get rid of flee and bathing her myself now. read more

I love this place! I am so happy that I finally found a good groomer in DoggiDogi! I have been looking everywhere for a good groomer near me. Our regular groomer before moved out of the country, so I have been on the hunt for another good groomer. I live in Anaheim and I traveled all the way to Huntington Beach to get my dog groomed, because I just wanted the best. For me, it's hard to trust anyone with my dog because My dog is my Emotional Support Dog, who I am very attached to. It's been a struggle to find someone I can trust. The People at Doggi Dogi are so nice. They actually care about my dog and they did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!! read more

Updated: I noticed my dogs nail only done cutting and left very rough and sharp layer after left shop so asked to grind them but no responded . This place does a great job! My girls always come out looking like show dogs. Overall I like their services. However, we have only been here two times. The first time there was a chunk of hair they missed right under the armpit. My dog look really funny every time she rolled over because her hair was basically shaved down and then you see this random chunk of hair lol. The second time I think my dog moved during the cut and they totally left a bald spot on my dogs leg. I didn't get upset or anything but simply understood that some dogs get nervous during cuts and things happen. But this hasn't happened at other places. I will still come here simply because they give great haircuts!! read more

They used to locate at garden grove and they recently moved to Fullerton. Which is closer to my house!!+++ I love there new location!! And set up inside. Now they do offer small dogs day care!! I think they do accept walk in customer but, I do recommend make an appointment. Owner here is very nice and professional,she's always make my dog feel comfortable and happy and that makes me feel happy!!. I highly recommend this grooming shop!!! read more

Really happy and satisfied with this grooming salon! Chloe came out perfectly and I loved how they interacted with Chloe from the get go. They even had a booklet of styles and the length of trims. The groomers are very sweet and I can tell they were very thorough. The grooming salon looked very clean and spacious. I used to find cuts all over Chloe from previous groomers and they would never let me know. However, I saw no cuts and Chloe seemed very happy. I will be coming here from now on! read more

This was the second time we brought him here and the first time I had no issues and he was so cute. This time no scarf and a little choppy cut but overall I thought he was still cute. My dog is very cooperative and calm so I don't think he was the issue so this second time we noticed he had quite a bit of redness from the clippers. I brought my dog a few times to this grooming location in 2024/2025. Nothing wrong with telling us that, because that's just what we did! We wanted him to be desensitized before he came back. The few times I brought him in, all the experiences were good! So much so I'd gush over how good he looked after grooming and how he looked well taken care of. He'd come home happy and maybe take a little nap. So, I decided to bring him in again recently. Same service as before, nothing different. The most I waited for my dog before was 3 hours (but I was given a heads up by the groomer that they were busier the day he waited for 3 hours, so not an issue at all). My dog was there for about 6 hours. I dropped him off in the late morning and he's wasn't ready until the later in the afternoon. I called to check in after a few hours, but was told her was in rotation to be finished soon... No one gave me a heads up about it maybe taking a while when I dropped him off. When my dog finally was able to come home, he was super dehydrated, immediately needed to use the restroom and was just lethargic overall (never an occurrence in any previous visit at this groomer or at any of the other previous grooming locations my dog has gone to). The stars given are only because of the positive experiences I had BEFORE the most recent one because I genuinely enjoyed bringing my dog here and this would've been a 5 star place for me. But based off my recent experience, it was not a 5 star service. I didn't recognize anyone there, (granted it had been a little while since we had last brought him in), so I'm not sure if they have new staff. However, I unfortunately don't want to put my dog through something like this most recent experience again.

They didn't really ask the name of my dog, or asked what I came in for. They just asked to take my dog in the back and then asked what I was here for. the staff were friendly but each staff had different definitions when it came to full grooming, the person who was the actual groomer clarified so that helped. I did warn her my dog had skin tags all over the body and to be very careful when you do the cut. I also mentioned he is a very nervous boy so to mindful of that. They finished in two hours as promised. I came to pick him up and they told me they nicked one of the skin tags on his arm but took care of it right away, grateful for the honesty. It was interesting, the staff was speaking to me as if I was a returning customer and told me my dog did better this time around. I think they got me confused with a different customer as I never been there before. A few hours later I noticed on the top of my dogs back, where there is quite a few skin tags, a few spots were bleeding! I know it's hard to cut around the skin tags but almost every big bump he has was bleeding so it was a little frustrating to take care of it. I don't think I'll be coming back but I appreciated the service.

We decided to give this facility another chance because she genuinely loves playing with other dogs, and daycare seemed very different from overnight boarding. Before returning, we made it very clear to staff that because of our previous experience, we wanted to be contacted immediately about any issues involving Posie, no matter how minor. Staff assured us they would communicate with us, and based on those conversations, we felt comfortable trying daycare again. We had a few uneventful visits, but our most recent experience raised serious concerns and brought back many of the same issues we experienced before. We dropped Posie off around 2:30 PM for Day Camp. Around 3:55 PM, I checked the daycare cameras and noticed that she was nowhere to be found in the large playgroup area that we had paid for. Concerned, we contacted the facility to ask where she was. Initially, we were told that Posie had been placed in a holding area while staff handled transfers and departures. Later, a supervisor called us and explained that because Posie is "rambunctious," she had been separated into holding crates while staff completed other responsibilities. During the conversation, he stated that she had been there since arrival. This was frustrating because it meant our dog had spent a significant portion of her daycare visit separated from the group without our knowledge. Had this been communicated to us, we could have made an informed decision about whether daycare was the right fit that day. What was particularly concerning was that it appeared Posie's situation was only addressed after we noticed she was missing from the cameras and contacted the facility ourselves. While we were still on the phone with staff, we observed Posie being brought back into the play area on a leash. This left us wondering whether she would have remained in the holding area even longer had we not checked the cameras and called. When I expressed concern about how long Posie had been confined, the supervisor focused on correcting my estimate, explaining that because her drop-off was at 2:30 PM, she had "technically" only been there for about 90 minutes. The issue was never whether it was 90 minutes or two hours. The issue was that our dog had spent a significant portion of the daycare session separated from the activities we were paying for without any communication to us. What made the explanation confusing was that Posie has attended daycare here multiple times, and staff had always given us positive feedback about her interactions with other dogs. We had never been told she was disruptive, difficult to manage, or unable to participate in daycare. The first time her behavior was presented as a concern was after we discovered she had been separated from group play, which left us confused by the sudden change in messaging. Another part of the conversation that left me frustrated was when the supervisor told us that it seemed the facility was unable to meet our needs and suggested that perhaps this was not the right place for our dog. We had not yet spoken with management, nor had anyone attempted to address the concerns we were raising before suggesting that we take our business elsewhere. This also brought back concerns from a previous daycare visit. On that occasion, Posie came home with a wound on her leg that our veterinarian indicated was consistent with a bite or tooth abrasion from another dog. Thankfully it was not severe, but the skin was punctured and required monitoring. We were never contacted about the injury, and when we asked staff about it afterward, we were told there was no report of any incident occurring. That previous experience was one of the main reasons we stopped bringing Posie here for several months. We eventually decided to give the facility another chance because she enjoys socializing with other dogs and hoped the prior incident was isolated. Unfortunately, after this most recent experience, many of the same concerns resurfaced. Another concern is the overall level of supervision during busy periods. During our recent phone call, staff repeatedly described the environment as chaotic and explained that they were managing multiple responsibilities at once. As a customer, that left me wondering whether there are enough staff members available to supervise the number of dogs present while simultaneously handling transfers, cleaning, pickups, and other duties. Finally, during the last two daycare visits, Posie was returned to us completely soaked and smelling strongly of urine. We were told that staff regularly clean and mop the play areas, but both times we felt the need to bathe her immediately upon arriving home because of the odor. I am currently waiting to speak with management and hope these concerns are taken seriously.

As you know, the states and laws do NOT regulate dog groomers to be licensed for their job which in turn can create many incompetent and careless groomers. Although it may sound harsh, this is the cold reality of it. We have a 6 year old Maltese dog, who weighs about 4lbs who can be a bit feisty with other large dogs, but has and will never bite another creature. We have trained her well and have even attended classes on how to properly train your dog. We entrusted our Maltese dog to this place for a couple of years, to the groomers who we THOUGHT were caring. However, we couldn't help but notice a peculiar pattern with our dog every time she got her hair cut. She's usually very bubbly and energetic but every time she came back from this place she wouldn't eat for days, was shaking, docile, and couldn't muster any energy to do anything. It was a consistent occurrence, every, single, time. We just assumed this was a normal behavior because our dog usually hates showers, veterinarians, and groomers. It was a big mistake on our part. The breaking point was when we observed the groomers inside grabbing and yelling at the dogs. Immediately then, we decided to get a new barber and when she came back, she was ecstatic, energetic, and cheerful like she normally is. We can make inferences based on certain behaviors, patterns, and clues and it was painfully obvious, the groomers abused our dog. Whether it was physical or mental abuse, no other explanation can be given for this appalling action. We feel betrayed, hurt, angry, scammed, and utterly disgusted the owners of this place conduct themselves in such abhor manner. As an avid animal lover, please, please, please do take your dog somewhere else and NOT in "Doggi Dogi Spa". Please do not fall for the same mistake I did. So our little baby boy had back surgery a while ago and is paralyzed in his back legs. But he's still a happy boy! However, it's been so difficult to groom him! I have taken my yorkie to these women on two occasions and each time after pick-up, Flea's and Hairclipper bruises as well as cuts were found. They allow all the dogs in the building to roam free in the front lobby, which is a breeding ground for numerous germs and microbacteria.
