When I picked her up, she was already in her carrier, so I was unaware of the injury, but when I let her out of her carrier at home, her ear was dripping blood across the floor. When I reached out to Melissa about the injury, she said she was totally unaware. I found this very hard to believe as ears really bleed and should have been very noticeable. Obviously ears don't grow back. I debated for sometime on whether I would leave this review or not. It has been months since we had this experience, but I am reminded daily when I see her ear. She remembers my girl and her haircuts have evolved over time with my preferences, and she always remembers what we have done and what we plan to do next time. The price is great and communication is fantastic now that she has moved to text messaging for appointments! I love that she brings her cats in to sit on the counters as it makes for a great ambience and a good socialization opportunity for my dog.

Debbie has been amazing and it's incredible to have seen her business grow from a little shop to now, a whole salon with workers. I appreciate her and everything she's done for my pups, but frankly these past couple of years haven't been great. She's constantly busy, under delivers and the workers just don't outperform Debbie. We've had more negative experiences like issues with haircuts, long wait times and not the greatest customer service from the newer groomers (super passive texts). Just little things add up over time and I just got to the point where I'd rather just part ways and leave with better memories. Super sad but best wishes to all!
