Had a great experience w Wilfredo and the Fresh Start crew. Wilfredo responded right away to my initial request and was very prompt with the estimate. Setting up time for the appointment was super easy and he made pick-up and drop off a breeze. The day of the appointment, Wilfredo kept me posted with WIP pics. The team an AMAZING job on our beat up interior-- we had a ton of bike grease and other sports-related stains, it was a mess, but they were able to get the interior looking like new!! Our niece threw up in the back of Prius (two minutes from her house, no less) last Friday evening. We cleaned it as best we could, but it still smelled pretty bad. On Saturday, I Googled detailing companies and found Fresh Start on Yelp. Only four reviews, but all excellent, so I thought I'd give it a try and made an appointment with Wilfredo for Monday afternoon. He was right on time and got to work. Wilfredo is pleasant and professional. Despite my willingness to have a full interior detail, he suggested we didn't need it, which saved us a lot of money. Wilfredo did an excellent job cleaning both the inside and the outside of my 2005 Subaru Outback. I've owned the car for 5 years and had never had it cleaned in all that time so it definitely needed some work. I couldn't believe how shiny the outside looked once he was done, and the inside was spotless. It looks just as good (maybe better, thanks to the headlight restoration) than the day I bought it used from the dealer. Wilfredo also provided fantastic customer service throughout the process of booking the appointment. He provided me with a range of service options to choose from and explained the different options and the cleaning processes in detail. He even picked my car up and dropped it back off at my house! Exceptional Service!!!!! My car is a couple of years old but with 2 kids it looked like I had it for decades, and was long overdue for a car detail! Not only did Wilfredo meet my expectations he exceeded them. My car looked brand new from inside out, it was literally unrecognizable and i was so amazed. My car looks better than it has looked in the last 4 years of ownership! I was in crisis mode because both of my kids got sick on the way back from our short trip and my daughter puked all over the back seat. I really couldn't drive it without feeling sick from the smell and I called around to see who could get me in the quickest. Wilfredo has the best customer service ever! He was unable to see me but got me in touch with his partner Kelvin who was able to take my car in that same day. They don't try to pressure you into buying other services or products. It's just no frills great service. Kelvin did an outstanding job - like I said, my car looks almost new inside. I have had my car detailed before and it has never looked this good and on top of it their customer service is top notch. He even offered to drive my car to me and have me drive him back so that I wouldn't have to rely on a ride. That is a level of service you rarely see nowadays.
