I needed stucco repair due to runoff from a gutter causing interior water damage to my running board. I received a very direct quote from this business which I appreciated. It was lowest of the quotes so I decided to hire this business. An appointment for the following Monday at 8am was agreed upon, however, he was a no-show. After I reached out to him, he tells me that he can't come because he worked the Saturday and Sunday beforehand. Like that was somehow my fault/ problem. He offered to come the following Monday as that day was my only available day of the week. But I thought to myself "what if he works the Saturday and Sunday before that day???" I spent 8 hours cleaning, air compressing, and throwing things out - because they didn't plastic seal the room they were electric sanding. There was a 1/2 cm thick layer of construction debris on everything within 30 feet from the room they were working in. They damaged 100 year old tile, light switches, outlets, and got plaster everywhere. read more
